Horrible. Do not use them for Geek Squad unless you want your entire phone erased without your knowledge when it was purely supposed to be a charger fix.

Habib our service specialist was superb! Went in looking for new desk top computer for my son who is starting HS and is a gamer. I wanted a computer that serves him with all his academic requirements and hobbies. Habib went above and beyond explaining everything to us, took the time to look online and got us an amazing deal that saved us a ton of money!!.. and was exactly what my son was looking for! Thank you Habib!

A very good spot for electronics lovers. A huge collection on cell phone, laptops, desktop computers, printer and accessories. The staff is very helpful in guiding and providing assistance to every stage of device selection, discussing specifications, and sometimes giving you good advice too.

I work as a delivery man and this place is very poorly suited for that. I wait more than 20 minutes in the store for a delivery. They play with people's time.

Dishwasher was supposed to have a piece installed but they pushed the machine all the way into the kitchen counter I couldn't access the control panels then they came while I was out Andy husband is a paralyzed veteran so he couldn't see how messed up they were leaving our kitchen but now the machine is sticking out if the granite it looks ghetto and I've bumped my hip into the sharp corner of it several times already moving around the kitchen this is in the way. Im so aggravated with the unprofessional jobs they do.

Came in to buy a laptop..had the model and make…just needed to buy it. Stock said in stock…confirmed by associate. 30 minutes later they are still trying to find it. Asked to speak to the manager about my experience and was told they were too busy to come out and talk to me! What??!! Customer is always the most important! I suggest you look on Amazon rather than dealing with poor service and an inadequate WMS system!

Terrible customer service at the Geek Squad. Made an appointment at 11:20, arrived at 11:18, stood in line for 40 minutes. Finally was called up, I needed a new battery in my iPhone which is specifically what I made the appointment for. Took 50 minutes for them to figure out that they did not have the battery or the speaker, which has to be replaced with the battery on this phone. I even called the store to check on this reservation and ask how long it would take. He could see the appointment and what I needed but never checked to see if they had what I needed. They had to disable the facial recognition which took a while. If when I made the reservation it would have instructed me to do that before arriving I would have. If when I made the reservation it would have sent them a notification that they needed a battery and speaker I wouldn’t be writing this bad review. ☹️
