now i love a good bargain, but i will never step foot into this bealls ever again, first i was shopping in the soap and bath section and the cashier was starring at me as if i was going to steal something, i was also with my mom and little sister for context, i found a lot of items that i wanted to purchase so i walked to grab a cart but as i was trying to get a cart there was a large family and a bunch of kids running around so it prevented me from grabbing a cart in a timely manner, i guess the lady thought i was stealing (even though no door opened and neither did any alarm go off) because she ran to where i was pulling a cart and was starring at me, it made me extremely uncomfortable and i felt like a was being racially targeted and profiled, the women was a white woman, she’s older you can tell in the face, she has some wrinkles and she has this red orange toned brown hair and she very tall, she made me extremely uncomfortable, ig that’s why she was wearing tennis shoes, so that she can run to see if someone is stealing, what a racist women, she should be fired, it’s 2023, has she never any person of color shop at a bealls before?

The store manager Kim, treats her employees like trash. Only worried about herself and her persona, NOTHING else and nobody’s feelings. (a year later and still no change, also the asm is now just as bad) joke of a place

I came in this evening I drove 30 minutes to get here and I made it with 5 minutes to spare and they already had the doors locked and when I called the lady because it was still before 9:00pm.the lady told me that they all have to be back at 8:00 in the morning so she closed early.well I'm sorry but I guess when they have hours of operation, they should abide by them as far as I'm concerned.I work at a store too and we don't close the doors until after the time we list.we don't close our doors at 7:50 because we have to be there again in the morning.if I have to be there again in the morning, then that's nobody else's problem but my own.so pulling the register before 9:00 was just wrong and I drove 30 minutes to get here for no reason.because that lady I guess doesn't want to do her job until she's supposed to.And why? because she has to be back here in the morning also.I wasn't even going to be doing shopping I just had a return It would have taken less than 5 minutes but she has to be back in the morning so it doesn't matter what times they have listed.So I guess all of us customers have to call and check in to see if anybody has to return in the morning before we come out to visit their store just in case because evidently employees make it the customers problem that they have to return in the morning.I know for myself I I close the store every night and if I have to open again I have to open again It doesn't matter I don't close them doors until I have to close them doors that's only right but I guess the store makes exceptions according to when they have to be back into work again.so store hours don't really matter in the store evidently
