I like the Wesley Chapel location on State Road 54 and their crew. Unlike many other car washes in the Wesley Chapel area, their employees are keenly aware of getting your vehicle into the queue safely, resolving issues on machines not washing properly and as far as I know, no customers' vehicles have been unnecessarily damaged by malfunctioning equipment like TopEdge customers....

They don't have the towels and cleaner to use anymore which was a big reason I would go there. Made it very convenient instead of having to pay for Armor All.

No longer a big menu of options when you arrive, only a guy helping you to navigate the screen with confusing options. To add insult to injury they now also request a tip as one of the options and provide percentages. A big "no Thanks" from me. Like many of the other more recent reviews, "MISTER" as it is now branded , left my Jeep in terrible condition. First it knocked back my side view mirrors, left my Jeep with dirt marks all over, and may tires in almost literally the same place. They began. Absolutely waste of money. Signs of the times i guess.Will have much work to do when I get home.

Base wash is okay, currently $10. Vacuum is powerful and there are plenty of them, but there is no shade to wax the car.

Went to both the New Tampa Bruce B. Down first, and then the Wesley Chapel Vandine locations, and both sucked. The new MISTER Car Wash took weeks to rebrand, but it seems this so-called new system isn't any better and actually is worse. This new one doesn't clean the rear of the cars, my SUV remained dusty and dirty. The kid working at the WC one said the rear brushes were not working... at both locations?? I've had a yearly membership at the WC location since it opened. I'm probably going to end my membership soon. ?

Definitely not what it used to be. The back of my car was still dirty when I went to dry it off. Tires didn't shine like they used to, I don't think any tire shiner was put on them to be perfectly honest. Going to try out the competition for a few washes and see if im going to switch.

This car wash barely uses any water so not too sure how clean it left my car. There aren’t any towels on the bays for you to wipe the o side of the vehicle and the smaller vacuum hose wasn’t working. Also, the bays haven’t any roof so you have to do all the car cleaning in the sun which is aweful in Florida heat. It’s a never again for me

Been using this place since they opened. Easy to get in and out of and convenient for me as well. My wife has the gold unlimited pass which is around $29 for a month of washes.

Do not pay for membership here! When this place first opened they were great. Nothing is consistent here. They used to have buckets with soap out front with scrub brushes so that you could pull up and scrub your own windshield off. They had attendants cleaning off your windshield again before you would drive in. Now, some days someone might squirt a little soap but mostly not. Staff stands around doing nothing. Wash equipment has broke my passenger side mirror off and for 2 years never did. Even broke my gas lid cover. The equipment is ever changing the way it washes as you drive through. Some days lots of soap, some days hardly any. I’m canceling my membership!
