I’ve always been a bath and body works fan but tonight I had the most amazing interaction with an employee named Michael! He was sweet from the get go but we had the sweetest conversation at check out and made mine and my fiancé’s night! Michael has the most uplifting personality and deserves to be recognized for such a great spirit! The whole store was amazing but Michael is the best!

Told my scent I was looking for wasn't a thing anymore for hand sanitizer but they carry the body wash lotion and spray. Could of said to try on web site. And too many people spraying there scent that I can't even tell what I'm trying to smell. Prices have gone up way too much anymore.

Although this place is not good for my mental...lol, I LOVE it here. I always overspend while in here ??♀️. When you walk in, you're always greeted by the wonderful staff; ready and waiting to assist you. I love taking my time and sniffing all the different product options, whether it be a candle or body care products.
If you love for your home, car, or body to smell good; B&BW is the place to be ?.

I would like to start off by saying I appreciate Sydney. I was about to purchase something that would have cost me so much, as we know this Christmas I am on a crunch due to prices all going up everywhere. THANK YOU AGAIN SYDNEY ?. your probably wondering why i didn't give 5 stars well there was another employee who told me that i need to come back tomorrow because she needed to get home to her family. I told her that I understand but I have been waiting in line for 10 mins and I gave the wrong item. First I would never have talked to a customer that way. I wasn't able to get her name because her tag was nameless. If an attitude like that I'm sure she wouldn't want it on her shirt. Keep up the good work Sydney ?. She is a great employee.
