Just finished a major construction project (converted a screened porch into a bedroom with en suite bathroom) with Barnhardt Construction and could not be any happier with the finished product. Chris Barnhardt, GC, provided a very competitive price and completed the job on budget. Chris was always available to answer and ask questions. Handled all aspects of the job in a professional manner and I would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone seeking assistance with any project, big or small.

The very best General Contractor in Wesley Chapel, Tampa. Built on a room addition and provided solar panels and installed an awesome solar system on our roof. This company is very irresponsible, they did a concrete slab last year on my back yard and site work was a complete mess they left debris all over my place and one year later the slab is totally cracked I don't even want to bother looking for this company to fix it, I don't want to go through the same headache but I don't want other families been affected so be aware.??Services: General construction

I finally decided I was ready to upgrade the downstairs of my house in Wesley Chapel. I had done a lot of the leg work as far as knowing what I wanted and how I wanted the finished rooms to look. Mainly tearing out the entire kitchen, all the downstairs tile, taking out a floor to ceiling bookcase and a really useless closet in my living room. I had been told by another contractor that what I wanted was too custom. Not Chris! He took my plan and brought his team in to make it happen. I am happy with the results, the timeline and the budget made sense. When problems came up, there is always going to something, Chris took action to make things right. Chris made sure the details were right and that I was happy.

Chris Barnhardt is a top-notch General Contractor! If Google would allow 6⭐️s I would give it to him! He & his highly knowledgeable & experienced crew are very professional, thorough, meticulous & make sure the job is done right the first time. Chris is fair, honest, dependable, on time, & just very personable. My husband & I interviewed 3 GCs for our home repair work, w/ Chris being the last. Had we known how good he was up front, he would have been the only GC we would have interviewed! We had Barnhardt do some glasswork, kitchen appliance installation and plumbing at our home in Lutz. They are very punctual, have excellent timeline from start to finish and does excellent work. Extremely satisfied and will be using them for all of my future home renovation projects too.

I utilized Chris Barnhardt Construction recently for a home owners insurance claim requiring drywall repair and replacement and painting. Chris was very easy to work with and very prompt to set up appointment for the work as well as responding to any questions I had within the hour. When the job was completed, Chris checked in with me the same day. I made a small request for a touchup on the paint and he was able to set up a second appointment quickly as well.
