Not sure why all the negative reviews, but I like it. It is smaller place but it serves its purpose. My boys (9 and 6) enjoyed their time. Plus one ticket is the all day pass. You can come and go any time within the day.

Like most have shared, nothing really stands out about this location. The kids love to jump around and it helps with all that energy they have. My main issue is cleanliness. It smells like urine, and dust. I wonder if these bounce houses are being sanitized/cleaned. The carpet is horrible, needs shampooing or removed

Very unorganized and unprofessional if anyone wants to plan on doing a birthday party highly would not recommend.
They only have one party room so that means you will have to wait until other party is over which is hour in a half wait time ….. you and family will just be standing around until the private is available

I took my two year old daughter for the first time and she had a blast! The equipment was clean and the woman at the front desk was very friendly. We will definitely be going back!

I brought my child here during a vacation so I could sit down and take care of some business on my computer. The lady at the front counter was very helpful and very kind. The establishment was very clean and neat and well taken care of. Love the atmosphere and my child loved it. Strongly recommend it!

It's not the wrong place to visit once in a while. However, the management fails to adequately maintain cleanliness. It’s very dirty and smelly (mainly urine), as you can see from the videos. It was not cleaned for years, and your child will be breathing all of this. And do not forget you are paying for it! In Europe, it would be reported—I'm not sure what the deal is with the state of Florida. Sketchy elements are present—I would never leave a child alone here.

A tad pricey for what it is. Half the games didn’t work, place needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, set up should have tables blocking door because littles activity spot it right next to exit, and staff paid no attention to you unless buying something. Location is wonderful and pay once to play all day!

Clean, Spacious and generally calm in the mornings on the weekdays. It was Perfect for my toddler after he got comfortable with the equipment!

It’s a small place but enough to keep your kids engaged. Particularly the open bounce house, it’s easy to keep an eye on your kids while they go through the maze. Fun and lots of laughter. My kids loved it.

So there is really nothing that special about this place other than it being somewhere for kids to run out all their energy. It's almost $15 for kids over 3 & $11 for kids under the age of 3. The lady at the front was nice & they have a decent selection of snacks and drinks for Littles. Not sure how much they cost. But there is only 3 bounce houses, & a indoor jungle gym. Then 2 tiny little infant/1 year old size plastic play grounds. I feel like Wire Grass mall should partially fund this place & then they only charge $5 for a kid because really Wire Grass needs a playground for kids like many other malls have anyways! & it's just not THAT great, especially considering the Flying Squirell is only 10 minutes away and far more entertaining with space specifically designed for little little ones to not get trampled. There definitely are a few alarming things like it's easy yo access chords and the blowers. It's not the MOST child proof. So yeah take that as you will.

Great Place. Amazing and very willing to help staff not to mention sweet. I wish I knew there names (I probably forgot) so I can give them a shout out. But the two ladies who worked 12/10 very great associates! I booked a party like 4 days out due to weather they were happy to accommodate us, kids had a wonderful time and the place is very clean. Would book here again
