My recent service visit to Audi Wesley Chapel was excellent. I had a problem with the factory tires and Shaun was amazing to work with. He is the best service advisor there! Highly recommend this dealer.

I purchased my Q3 from Wesley Chapel 4 years ago. I have always been pleased with the service I get. When I bring in my car for service it is always a pleasant experience. They are quick and keep me posted with the progress. I really like Sean in the service department. I have his cell number and can text him whenever I need anything! Great service Audi Wesley Chapel!

Going to Audi Wesley Chapel was such an amazing experience! Every staff member we came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful, we ended up purchasing not one but two vehicles from them. Took my car in for 10k mile service. Ended up receiving 30k service. Although my car has just over 10k miles, it is two years old and they recommended 30k service due to age of the car. I pre-paid for maintenance package so no additional out of pocket cost! Thank you to Bill Moore for another great experience at Audi Wesley Chapel, FL.!

Usually car buying is such a hassle and drag. Neal made the experience very easy and straight forward. I was in and out in about 45 minutes (although we did trade emails and calls before I actually came in).Importantly, I live in Sarasota and gave Neal the quote that the Sarasota dealership gave me. Neal beat it by a lot — so I drove the hour up to Wesley Chapel to work with him.Finally, Hector was great with helping me set up the car. Very knowledgeable and nice.

We were very pleased with our first service experience at Audi Wesley Chapel. The entire process went smoothly and efficiently. Niko Jimenez (Service Consultant) was very professional and personable, and kept us informed of the status of our service.In addition, while waiting for our car to be serviced, Chris Dechent (Audi Brand Specialist) took the time to help us with the myAudi app and a few questions we had on some of the technology aspects of our new Q3. Top notch service!!This is the 11th Audi my wife and I have purchased or leased over the years, but this is our first lease with an Audi dealer in Florida, as we previously lived in New York. We were extremely impressed with our interactions with Neal Dossett, (Sales Manager), Chris Dechent (Audi Brand Specialist) and Dan Palladino (Finance Manager). They were all professional, personable and helpful/accommodating, as well as enthusiastic about their work and the dealership in general. We love the new car…only one glitch when we got home and found it did not have one of the features we had in our previous Audis (Homelink). When we brought this to their attention and its importance to us, the team worked together to quickly find a solution. We appreciated their responsiveness and resourcefulness to ensure that we were happy (which we are). We are glad we chose Audi Wesley Chapel and look forward to our ongoing relationship in the future.

Extremely happy with this dealership and the service I received while purchasing my Audi Q3. Isa really went above and beyond and made my experience easy and stress-free. This is my first luxury vehicle so I didn’t expect the experience to be different than at a traditional car dealership but it really was - they make their customers feel respected and valued. Isa also reached out a few days after to follow up and make sure that everything was going well. Thank you to the entire team at this dealership, I am so glad I found them!

Wesley Chapel Audi provided me with excellent customer service. I took my car in this week for some routine maintenance. I shared that I needed to speak with someone from the parts and sales department while I was at the dealership. I was received well and assisted in each department. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. They managed my expectations and respected my time. I was impressed with the fact that this dealership seems to operate very efficiently. I have only been there once, but my experience will certainly bring me back in the future.
