Our service rep was Jillian and she knew her stuff and was very nice to work with and answered all questions and helped get our new phones going and I’d give her a 100% for all she did for us

Phenomenal customer service. Employees make the brand. I had switched to AT&T back in IL but my trade ins got messed up. I stopped at this location to see if they can help me and even though I wasn’t purchasing anything they couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. Great job guys, keep it up!
