“I have been here for around 4 months and have had a great experience! Just recently our washer went out, and the process to get it fixed went great. The person I talked to on the phone was cheerful and efficient, and they got it fixed in a couple of days while we were gone! This place definitely doesn't deserve as low a rating as it has. The community is pretty cool too”

“I cannot express enough how great Cheryl was when I toured Bonterra Parc! I have visited other communities and this by far was the most welcoming experience I have had.
