First let me say that Pareesa is the best and should go into business for herself. This company is a racket. Charged me an extra $15 for canceling my membership when I already paid for the whole month of October. I specifically stated this in my email. Donna Pryor the owner called me to tell me that it was my choice to cancel and if I don’t pay I don’t get service yet they don’t issue refunds on my membership they already took out of my bank account. I hope losing a customer and a bad review was worth the $15. I’m only going back to see Pareesa and make sure I give her a big fat tip!

I got eyelash extensions and I loved them. Zuleyka was my technician and made me feel very comfortable in the process, explaining to me about the care I should take after eyelash extensions. 100% recommended.

I would like to give a huge shout out to the team here at amazing lash studio! The ladies here keep a very beautiful, clean, and classy shop. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. The waiting area provides beverages and merchandise to browse. The individual private rooms are very comfortable and relaxing! Each room has dim lights, relaxing music, a table bed, and a comfy cozy blanket to use during the visit.
HEATHER is the master tech that I have seen now twice. She is professional, courteous, and listen and looks at what you want for your lash style. Heather is able to fix it and resolve any issues or questions 100%.
The ladies at the front desk are very knowledge on their products and services and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Jazmine has always done amazing work with my lashes and the only one i trust around my eyes. She listens to exactly how i want my lashes to work and is very sweet and gentle. If you want to relax and take a nap to wake up with gorgeous lashes go to Jazmine!

Today, I called to inquire about scheduling an appointment and had the pleasure of speaking with a young lady named Jhamia. She was incredibly kind and courteous, making the entire experience a delight. Not only was she pleasant to speak with, but she also took the time to thoroughly explain all the available deals and pricing options, providing clear and detailed explanations that made it easy to understand. It's clear that the manager did a fantastic job in choosing her, as her professionalism and friendly demeanor are a great asset to the business.

I received the best customer service from Jhamia! It was my first time getting my lashes done in a while, but she was very patient when walking through the process to make sure that I leave with what I want. She was awesome!
