The majority of the staff at that particular 7-Eleven location are pleasant and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, the general manager has poor customer service skills and is not very friendly. Our recent experience there was unpleasant due to her behavior. We used to frequent the 7-Eleven close to our neighborhood, but her attitude has made it the least enjoyable convenience store experience we've ever had.Things have not changed much at this location . I was charged for lottery tickets I did not ask give slips. When I questioned the cashier he told that’s what the computer said. When I got in my car I had extra tickets that were not mine. Other than Logan and a few other employees that are there this is the worst customer service experiences. I will be glad when another competitor comes to the neighborhood.I believe 7-11 must hire managers with no souls. The new guy is worse than the last one. I will be glad when the Lottery becomes virtual with Slurpees.

The food on the shelf was marked as $1.19, when you scan it it’s $2.1 something. I asked why, the manager says they put tax on every single items. Instead what normally is which is just tax on the total. This is ridiculous

Normally a reliable experience, but can be hit or miss here. Besides all the kids if you come after 3. Asked to have cold brew refilled and without flinching was told “i don’t think we have none”. Sometimes the place is on it, and sometimes they don’t want to be ?♂️. Lots of business to be lost here

I just went to the 7-Eleven on Mansfield boulevard in Wesley chapel the manager there is very disrespectful she is very rude to the customers I had a simple issue and I tried to talk to her and she was extremely rude I really hope this business does something about it because from reading the reviews this manager obviously has had other incidents that's sad that a company pays you and you treat people like that

I just went through the car wash there, I go once a week it double charged me within the same minute $14 I got an alert on my phone from my bank showing double charges I called the store to speak to a manager about it when the manager got on the phone I explained to her very nicely that I had just went through the car wash and I was double charged $14 for one car wash she's then explain to me they do not give refunds for car wash I explained to her that's fine I just want to know what I should do I can come show you proof for my banking account that I've been double charged she told me there's nothing she can do for me I've never heard of this I simply went through there and paid $14 to get a car wash and now I am charged $28 I don't know who this manager is I tried to be nice with her but she is very rude and very unhappy to talk to people I simply wanted to get my $14 back that I didn't ask to pay I don't understand why she was so angry with me but if you're going to take a job as a manager then you need to learn how to talk to people

I couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked a staff member and she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The gentleman at checkout was very friendly and kind. This was my first time in the store and it was a very positive experience and I would certainly shop there again.

This place has charm like no other, the workers were friendly and held a conversation that you so rarely find when visiting the local 7/11. I'm really happy with my experience here and it was only made possible by the extraordinary kindness and heart by Logan and Alex

Logan gave me such an impactful experience that i can remember him from months ago. He is such a hidden gem, gave me a warm greeting and was super friendly. Alex was also on shift who was very helpful helping me find the perfect drink. Both are such hard workers that are great with customers!!!

7-Eleven on Mansfield is a gem nestled perfectly for quick fill-ups, right outside Meadowpointe. Despite initial concerns about potential congestion, this spot has proven to be a blessing in disguise, effortlessly catering to the needs of the community. Located conveniently near the high school, this 7-Eleven has seamlessly integrated into the area without causing any noticeable traffic disruptions. It's the ideal pit stop for refueling or grabbing essentials without the hassle. What truly stands out is the impeccable maintenance of both the lot and the store itself. The cleanliness and upkeep set a standard that all 7-Elevens should aspire to. It's refreshing to enter a store where cleanliness is prioritized, making every visit a pleasant experience. The staff here are the true stars, always greeting customers with a smile and providing efficient service. Whether it's a quick question or assistance at the checkout, they go above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. In a nutshell, this 7-Eleven exemplifies convenience at its finest. Situated perfectly for commuters and locals alike, it offers a clean, welcoming environment and top-notch service--a testament to what a convenience store should be. Kudos to this 7-Eleven for being a reliable and welcoming spot, setting the bar high for convenience stores in the area!

This 7-Eleven is conveniently located near my neighborhood and I go there on a regular basis. All of my interactions have been pleasant. But, I would like to compliment a particular employee. His name is Logan. He works evenings on the weekends. I have been impressed by his dealings with me and other patrons. He always acknowledges the customers, has a warm personality and makes each person feel special.I know people are often quick to complain about things, but do not take the time to recognize good employees or situations. Again, Logan is an asset to this store and I appreciate his efforts!

I wasted $12 on the worst car wash ever. Rinse, soap, rinse. The brushes never turned on. And the prompts never told me to move forward causing me to lose 30 secs on dry time.

Out of gas except for 87 octane. No signs posted anywhere. Very frustrating. I tried three pumps before going inside to ask what was going on. Spoke to Ranyl (sp?) at the register. I recommended they put signs out as many people were getting frustrated and just leaving. After going back to fill up, I bought a car wash and printer was not working, sounded like it was out of paper. Had to go back inside and overheard a conversation between the two employees. One older gentleman told Ranyl to go out and post signs about the 89 and 93 octane being out. The response from Ranyl was “I really don’t care”. My advice is: Hire employees that care about their customers. There are other gas stations around.

The older lady with short, blonde hair, who I think is the manager, is EXTREMELY unprofessional! She reprimanded and threatened to fire employees in front of the customers inside of the store because they didn’t say hello to all of us as we walked in, even though they were focusing on those of us who were already in the store and taking care of our needs. They were very pleasant and very customer-service-oriented and it was obvious that they were trying hard to uphold that customer service even though the blonde was being obnoxious and rude in front of us. Again, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.I’d give the boys behind the counter 5 stars….but if I could give the blonde zero, I would. She definitely doesn’t deserve a management position!
