I visited the Wellington, Florida mall Zales yesterday to inquire about having a ring sized. Susan, Mary, and Janine were extremely helpful in helping me make a decision as to what to do. Zales is fortunate to have such friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be visiting that particular Zales for all my fine jewelry needs.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of my jewelry! They sold my husband a necklace and bracelet combination for over $1000.00 and he gave it to me as a gift! They both broke within a week and now I have had to have them repaired three times. I also found out they aren’t even worth 100.00 in weight and they are made out of stamped pieces that are mashed together! They are hollow! Also my weddings that he paid $3800.00 for are terrible diamonds!!!!

My husband and I always have a wonderful experience at Zales. Mary takes exceptional care of us every time we visit and we have been seeing her for almost 10 years at this point. Mary is attentive and knowledgeable in the selection of items Zales has. This visit hubby got a beautiful silver diamond bracelet and Mary was very patient with him while he tried on many different pieces. Mary also offered her opinion when it comes to current trends and how he can style it for his taste and appearance. I highly recommend this store and Mary for anyone looking for exceptional service and stunning jewelry.
