The staff here is super helpful and friendly! Scott in particular always greets us and gets along with all of the members. Although I wish it had better equipment, I love coming to this gym solely because of the environment.

The woman who cleans this gym does a great job. Her name is Lupita, and she is always friendly and helpful. There have been times where I have asked for more paper towels, or cleaning spray, and she always gets them right away, and with a smile.

The entire staff is great but the employee that stands out the most is the maintenance worker named H.Ceasur. He never stops working and takes pride in his job! A very nice young man and the place is always spotless! He is a great asset to YouFit!

I personally went to unsubscribe. They told me that was it and they would stop charging my card. Not only did they continue to charge monthly but they wanted to charge me for an annual renewal. Since I complained about the card and canceled them, they sent me to the collection. If you like cockroaches this is your place. Run away from these freeloaders.

Gym equipment is dated and not alot of amenities that most gyms have these days. No Sauna, no massage chairs. Tried canceling my membership and was told to my membership was canceled. Only to be charged another annual fee and 3 more months of monthly payments. Customer Service is almost non existent, the general manager scott was no help and gives you an email Address and refers all matters to corporate. In contacting corporate through email i was basically called a liar and that i didn't ask for a cancelation until i called about over charge.I have proof of calls through my phone bills, but they didn't even ask for them. Will steal your money i wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

This gymn has the worst costumer service and I will never use youfit ever again.the manager is an idiot I signed up I was told after 3 months I can downgrade they want to allow me to do so now that I reach 3 months won't allow me to cancel eighter and they wonder y nobody goes to that gymn it's the worst no costumer service try to force you to keep your membership and threatening to put it on my credit if I don't keep it for a year thieves

I love that is not crowded. Lots of weights and machines. The treadmills upstairs aren't great, but they get the job done.

This gym is clean and everyone is very helpful. The manager Scott here is absolutely amazing. He goes over and beyond for everyone. thank you Scott for helping me with my fitness journey. ????

The gym suits all my needs, and close to home. Plenty of equipment, and never a wait. Kept extremely clean, and always smells pleasant. My compliments to the staff, especially Suha, AJ, Alexandria and Scott.

I went to this gym over a year ago while visiting my daughter, purchased a weekly pass, but somehow they put me on automatic withdrawal as a permanent member. I had to go through my credit card company to stop payment and to this day, I receive weekly phone calls about my delinquent account. I have spoken to someone on more than one occasion and still continue to get these phone calls. I am a permanent resident of VA where I own my own gym and would never treat my customers in this manner. this is border line harassment at this point so my only choice is to leave bad reviews and contact the Better Business Bureau. I do not recommend his gym, there are plenty of better options in Wellington.

I’ve been coming here since I was 15 (when it was under another name). Lots of great memories here. Great staff and well maintained facility. A real bargain for $10 a month.

I canceled my Youfit membership in October 2022, but the gym continued to charge me a monthly membership fee through January of this year. I had to call several times regarding the recurring charge before someone finally got back to me and stated that the membership was finally canceled. I have now been waiting over a month for a refund of the 3 months' worth of membership fees. I have called 6 times to try and get this refunded, and have been told twice that the money would be in my account "this week" (the last time I was told this was 2 weeks ago). I believe that the only reason a manager called me back the first time about the owed charges is because I left a negative Google review. Hopefully another review will get me a call back, since this seems to be the only way to make progress here.

I have been trying to cancel my membership since October 2022. I followed the procedure- went into the club and signed the paperwork stating I was canceling my membership- yet I have continued to be charged a monthly membership fee since October. Every time I call to find out why this is happening and ask for a refund, I am told that there is record of me submitting for a cancellation and no one knows why I am still being charged, and a manager will call me back within the day. I have yet to receive a call back. Today I will be calling for a FOURTH time to request that the cancellation is completed and that I receive a refund for 3 extra months that I’ve paid for. Here’s to hoping a Google review helps me make any sort of progress at all on this mess.
