I would really like to see a way to automate refills. I don't want to have to call in every time I run out because it's not easy to reach staff, and orders are slow to process. I noticed there is a messaging portal and i will return to provide feedback. Thank you!

Worst service ever! Their system is always down and they can never find your script. It takes them up to 14 days to refill a prescription when and if they ever find it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.It's not even worth 1 star but it wouldn't let me post until I added at least one.

Takes forever to ship and my hrt bottles are always short so I run out and have to deal with that for a week, one time 2 weeks. Company I go thru doesn't care and blamed me. Called customer service and never got a call back.
