Came in today Monday 9/8/24 340pm just dealt with the laziest employee, said she was the only one there and refused to go look for my package that the tracking said it was at this location, filled me up with lies and excuses saying there’s no point of looking for the package when they don’t have it until it says it’s out for delivery which is a lie. I’ve picked up packages from here tons of times and I know the process and this employee who was on shift was lazy and a flat out lier after making me wait outside for 30 minutes and tried ignoring me hoping I left absolutely terrible service she should be fired

I have had to come here one too many times for a package pickup because God forbid I don’t go to my mailbox for 1 day. Every time I have been here, the service has been mediocre at best. Each time I come here, a new person helps me and each time, they are rude and act as though they cannot be bothered. It’s such a shame that this is the customer service you receive from a government employee.

I want to thank the Wellington Annex Post Office as we had an order that was out for delivery which we found out was ordered on a stolen credit card. The package was out for delivery when we were notified of the fraud, and upon speaking to the USPS branch, they said to call back in an hour as they were going to try to contact with postal person. An hour later, I was told they found the package in the truck and that it was already scanned to be returned. Exceptional customer service, from the main number that logged the case, to the local branch the case was sent to. Thank you USPS, and to Tili, exceptional job. You went above and beyond and its truly appreciated.

I went there to pick up a package and couldn't find a door to go in. An employee told me to go around the building to the flag. No flag. I have since called multiple times and never get connected to anyone.
