Someone recently hit my passenger side view mirror, and cracked the cover. I contacted the owner Lenny, and he told me " no problem. Supply me with a new cover , and I'll paint it to match your cars color". Lenny did the work at more than a fair price. I will always use Wellington auto collision for all my body work needs. Thanks again Lenny for your help and consideration

Disappointed in their ability to diagnose and poor customer service. They misdiagnosed the problem after we told them what we felt needed repair. We then had to go back and have them do the job we had diagnosed ourselves in the first place, costing us double the labor. We were told by the supervisor there was nothing he could do and he didn't seem to care either. Very expensive repair and super disappointing customer service.Oh!! They also charge you 2.4% on top of your bill if you pay by credit card. What a joke. Save yourself some time and money and go anywhere else but here.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Great service and friendly staff..!!I was recommended to Wellington Auto Service by one of my friends, my vehicle needed some maintenance and A/C checkup. Vladimir the service manager helped me by writing all my concerns and by the end of the day my vehicle was serviced and the A/C was fixed.Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible service, rude, and overpriced. I brought my teenage son's 30-year-old truck in to have the main seal replaced because it started leaking in my garage. We're talking about a 30-year-old, parts are cheaper than dirt, easy to work on, Chevy truck. After several days being "diagnosed," I was told it was the manifold gaskets and not the main seal. I authorized the repair, and they took almost a week to complete the job. I was told they test drove it and confirmed it was fixed. I paid about 20 times in labor what the parts cost and drove the truck home. It still leaked.The next day I brought the truck back in and was told this time, it was the main seal...imagine that? It took them almost another week to complete that job and when I inquired about a discount for their incompetence, I was basically told to go pound sand. This time they charged me about 30 times more in labor then their inflated parts were. The lesson here.....they don't know what they are doing, take a long time figuring out they don't know what they are doing, frustrate you by having you return your vehicle multiple times to have it fixed, and then charging you a ton of money for the privilege of being subjected to their rude staff.Wellington Auto Service just gives mechanics a bad name.Services: Engine repair

The new manager is terrible, he doesn't have the foggiest idea of what customer service is, I have been using them for 2 years for my car, after today I'm never going back there, I have to find another auto shop in Wellington.

I needed my rear bumper replaced and they got me in right away for an estimate and scheduled the repair for a convenient time for me. I received my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off! And my bumper is perfect! Highly recommend.

Before Thanksgiving my daughter's car was hit by another vehicle each of the body shops that I called told me they couldn't even see me for an estimate until next week but not Wellington Auto body their staff was very friendly and very helpful thank you so much and Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours

The male that answers the phone whose name is steve is ABSOLUTELY RUDE . I would be embarrassed for having someone like that in my shop. I have friends and family needing work done to their vehicle and i know EXACTLY where not to send them. Disgusting!

Not only did they meet my expectations, which was based on previous reviews, but Lenny and his team exceeded my expectations!! Of course took a while which is completely driven by parts availability and the overall volume of work to be done, but well worth the wait. Wonderful experience!
