Horrible !
Call the store 5 times and each time Tech from the pharmacy picks up the phone, puts me on hold and never comes back till the call got disconnected.
Walgreens needs Help.

There should be a zero star review option. I've tried calling to talk to a pharmacist several times, get hold music and then whoever is there sends it through to an indefinite ring which ultimately cuts off the call.

After my brother surgery I went there and the lady from the drive through was so rude, helpless and careless when I decided to go inside and find better luck went Kassandra got close and offer her help. She really makes the difference and that place!Ladies with this customer service should be recognized.Thank you again Kassandra, please don’t change that beautiful heart to help others.

The shift leader Kyra helped me take my passport photo and she was so sweet and incredibly patient. Feeling self conscious I asked if I could retake the photos and she made sure I felt comfortable enough to ask to retake the photo as many times as I had wished. The photo came out great! Store was also incredibly clean, well-stocked, and had very attentive staff.

I use Walgreens on Forest Hill in front of the mall area Everyone is friendly cheerful and helpful. I know several people that work there. sometimes they have to have a floating pharmacist, I have no problem telling you that over the weekend Andrea floating pharmacist really made me feel bad. Gave me a very hard time and was completely totally rude. She wouldn't let me talk only she gets to talk I felt like I was in a classroom and getting scolded by the teacher. I reported her and I'm considering going to the corporate Office. One bad apple didn't ruin my loyalty and trust towards everyone in the pharmacy. All the regular pharmacists I know are Cassandra & Maria Theresa Can't forget to mention Mr Michelle and Jr. It's a great store and always immaculate

Pharmacy Flu Vaccine Review Only:I got a flu vaccine and let me tell you how horrible it was. The pharmacy intern should not be giving vaccines. He proceeded to tell me he would put the vaccine inside of my baby vaccine scar. What in the world !! I said no, then he proceeded to put it in my dominant arm and what’s worse is he put it up way too high, up near the bone, after he proceeded to tell me it goes in the deltoid, which I’m aware of and he did not do correctly. I honestly should’ve just given myself the vaccine because I know how to give one. On top of that he sounded sick and blamed it on phlegm, gross. He wasn’t cleanly either. The pharmacist said she couldn’t give me the vaccine because she needed to eat her lunch and hasn’t eaten all day after she signed my documentation, sounds unethical. Not a good excuse to be honest. Now I can’t use my dominant arm when I need to move on with my life. I was so confused the entire process and left even more confused, weirdest experience of my life. Do not recommend this place for vaccines, EVER.

The pharmacy staff is very rude! They never answer the phone, and when they do, they never apologize for the wait! Also, long wait at the drive up and in store pickup! They are often out of stock or forget to refill prescriptions! Also, hard to find people to help you in the store, and very uncaring when you ask questions, they seem annoyed!

This is one of the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The photo center did not know what they were doing on my last visit, and this morning I was accused of fraud for buying gift cards. Daniel is probably the worst employee I've ever seen I know it's hard to get employees nowadays, but Daniel should be fired!
