I went here to get the flu shot and I can say the service is good. However the waiting time was around 30 mins to get the actual shot. It looks that the pharmacy is understaffed, too many people inside and at the auto drive.

I was calling to refill my prescription that's very time sensitive and I had been waiting on hold for 15 minutes finally a representative answers the phone they tell me to " hold on" and put the phone down and they I hear another representative tell them to "it's okay just hang up" and the line disconnected. Maria Teresa finally answered my call and advised she was the pharmacy manager but was not able to advise me as to who thought that would be okay to just disconnect after I had been patiently waiting. I've consistently had an issue with this pharmacy it's not okay to play with peoples health and I hope that those representatives never have to be in my position, because karma is really a bitch for lack of a better term.

I was picking up my Clonidine but it was the wrong manufacturer. So they said it would take 10 minutes to redo it so I said I would wait. I waited 15 minutes and went back up to the counter they told me I would have to get in the line again. Horrible customer service. I left and went to the drive thru

The drive-through pharmacy pick-up is a nightmare, I got stuck today beyond the point where I could exit the line and the car in front of me was at the window for 42minutes. This is after waiting 31 minutes to get to that point.I am basically wheelchair-bound and handicapped so it is too difficult for me to go inside to pick up the prescriptions. Accordingly, it's time to move my prescriptions, and those of my daughter, away from this Walgreen's into another pharmacy, or a mail order service. I have been kept waiting in line for close to an hour many times before, but this was the proverbial "straw on the camels back". Bye Walgreens,,,,,

This Walgreens is a bit tricky to find and get to GPS took me through the mall because I was on 441 I normally do not like Walgreens, but I was in the area and they really needed eye make up remover. I couldn't find the one I was looking for then a woman employee was walking by and I asked her if she had it, she took the time to look with me and when she realized they didn't have the one I wanted. She took the time to make a recommendation and what she uses. It's honestly the best experience I've ever had a Walgreens so if you have to go to Walgreens, I would definitely recommend this location.

i normally love walgreens and prefer them to other convenience/pharmacy options. however this walgreens (and their staff) is atrocious, so rude, unhelpful and confusing. Why give customers the option of "convenience" by ordering ahead when upon choosing a method of pickup it simply *doesn't exist* If it doesn't exist, why give me the option?!? LOL just stupid and useless. don't plan on making the same mistake twice! update: upon going to the drive thru lane twice we were told it's not there, proceeded to call and it's at the photo counter, park, go inside, THEY MOVE IT TO THE PHARMACY WHERE I WAIT IN LINE INSIDE ***AGAIN**** for a bag that was in arms length of the drive thru window. you can't make it up going back and forth 4 times is NOT convenience!

A necessary evil. Unfortunately for me, this is the nearest Walgreens. Moved to the area and got my prescription transferred there. That was a mess. Took fifteen minutes for them to refill my prescription and then they proceeded to spam me via calls, texts, and even the P.A. Another occasion I ordered photos and had the confirmation and they had nothing on their end. Had to wait. Got the photos printed. Next day I get an e-mail about even more photos. Complete lack of organization. Have called them. No one ever picks up the phone regardless of department. Finding an employee to help you locate things, too, is difficult. It's always something with this location. Good sales though, and at least the employees fix their messes. Still... I'm somehow always in a bad mood after going to this location. Again - a necessary evil.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Caroline or carol or whatever the hell her name is, I had to ask for since she has her I'd hidden since she's such a b***** Rude as hell. Can not believe you have such a nasty human working for you. Came in to buy excedrine and at check out She noticed my queerness, the entire energy changed. She was scoffing and talking very slowly to me & at the end pushed my items towards me like I was some animal. She was disgusted simply by my existence & I think that's is a horrible image for Walgreens to have with her working for them.

If you want nasty employees and horrible service, you have found the place at the Walgreens at Wellington Mall! Need I say more? What the management doesn't seem to get is that there are loads of other drugstores in the area. In retail, your badly behaved staff can take your business down.

This place has gone downhill it was bad at first now it's a s*** show. The employees are rude especially the pharmacist with no knowledge whatsoever. You're better just choosing a different Walgreens or CVS or Publix pharmacy. DON'T WAITS YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

Hey boss! This store is amazing, everyone is always doing something productive. the woman who usually runs cashier is very kind to me. The pharmacy staff is also very helpful whenever I have questions about otc or prescription medication. THIS STORE IS AMAZING!!! I also have to say Sheri R. Margarita B. Linen T. Are the 3 biggest liars I have ever seen, DO NO LISTEN TO THEIR REVIEW!!!!
