My children have moved out of the house for the first time and I feel great about the choice we made with Quaye. Susan Bromberg made us feel welcome and walked us through every step of the leasing process.
She patiently spent hours with us/them going through everything, making sure it was all done properly. Susan is outstanding:)) She made us feel like family. The compound has state of the art amenities and it's safe. This has made the empty nest process much easier.

Becoming a new resident was such a smooth and easy process all due to Susan in the leasing office. She understood my circumstance and worked closely with me to get my new home! I absolutely LOVE living here! The staff makes you feel like family. From the amazing and sweet property manager Kelly to the hilarious and friendly maintenance supervisor Luis who quickly takes care of any problem that may arise….this management company knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend The Quaye for anyone looking to rent great apartments!

Marilyn is a pleasure to deal with at the Quaye. She helped my husband and me during the leasing process and now that we are residents she is always ready and available to help if needed.
The community is beautiful and well maintained.
The office and maintenence staff are a pleasure to deal with and always ready to assist.

The experience here was horrible I went t there twice to do a tour but the staff there just don’t know how to do their jobs or they just don’t want a lease. Every time I went there it was a new excuse why I can’t tour the property. Maybe corporate should take a look at the staff that works there

The person how work for the community are very friendly, the admission process was very friendly and efficient, they have taken care to have a quiet community,what I thought was the excessive charging for everythingThe dog cannot bark on the balcony because it bothers the neighbors who pass by once a day and have a problem with it.A person comes to visit me at my house and he can't use a vapeand the person who calls to make all the complaints speaks in a despotic and rude manner as if he were the one who paid my rent

From the first interaction with Lourdes on the intercom to grant us access to the community, until the Good-Byes … we felt so welcomed. Beautiful community for sure but it was Lourdes that was beyond informative, welcoming and very professional with a homelike feel. Top notch all around.

Worst customer service ever, Georgina was very rude for no reason, hope someone can pull the call and get this lady in place. It is a beautiful place, but I Will deff never move there, a bad team in the office can ruin the whole experience and thats how I feel right now.. will deff call the manager with day and time of the call so they can listen to it.. sorry for the bad review, but you should have good people working in the office so customers can have a great experience.

Don’t believe the fake 4 star reviews. This community is overpriced for the lack of customer service, outdated appliances, horrific staff and outrageous parking enforcement.I am a REGISTERED RESIDENT and my vehicle was TOWED from my ASSIGNED DRIVEWAY. I just recently moved in and from day one there has been an issue with Maintenance and incompetent leasing staff. I no longer feel safe in my home.Parking enforcement is egregious. Residents are forced to register their vehicle with a third party vendor named “OnCall”…it is a scam and a way to profit off of registered residents and visitors. I received no warning before my vehicle was towed and I’m the registered lease holder. Why should a resident have to pay over $200 for a towed vehicle parked in their very own assigned driveway??? This is insane!!!! where is the courtesy to registered residents?? I don’t even bother having guest over, there’s absolutely no visitor parking.My unit was not ready upon move in, despite the emails sent to leasing after the unit walk through (prior to move in) was conducted. The 3 bedrooms are going for upwards $3,500…. And 4 bedrooms are high $4000’s…The appliances are outdated (downright old). The outdated refrigerator barely cools the groceries. The carpet in the unit is the cheapest on the market (the owner/management clearly isn’t investing any funds back into the unit/appliances). This isn’t a reflection of luxury living!!!RUN!! Don’t lease here, don’t be fooled by the pictures.The property manager is new and is trying his best to turn things around, but the damage for me has already been done.I feel totally violated and I don’t feel safe living in a community with combative, rude, and unprofessional leasing staff having full access to my home and personal information.

I was a former resident of The Quaye at Wellington for five years. I moved out for a better place. I left The Quaye At Wellington in good standing. Always paid everything on time. The Quaye at Wellington has shown they true colors. By taken over one month and ten days to paid back the security deposit to this former resident. This is a disgrace how they treat former residents of the community. This is directed to the club house, business manger of the property along with the owners of the property.
