None of us ever feels like there is anyone who would care for our fur -baby as we would but IV’E FOUND THAT SOMEONE … MELINDA the Vet Tech right here at Vetco!!! She is VERY informative about services offered and assisted me in making some decisions for my Shady. I could tell this is not a job to her, it’s a calling. Vetco is lucky to have her. She takes the big corporate vibe to a very personalized level with sharing her experience. Way to go Melinda ! You go girl !

Purchased the most expensive package to get the dog all up to date with his vaccines. He got in his initial visit as many vaccines allowed and was informed by the Vet Technician (Hispanic Lady) any other ones I would have to come back which was included in the package I purchased. I return to the appointment weeks after when the dog can receive his last vaccine first I encounter that the Manager had changed my appointment without calling nor receiving a text that it was changed. Her excuse was that I never confirmed appointment and I informed her I didn’t receive text to confirm and never received a call like she alleges she did. I had to come back one hour and half later so the dog can receive vaccine.
All along I went to the appointment to finalize vaccination of the dog BUT to my surprise I get informed by the same Hispanic lady that the visit was not covered with the package she said initially and that I have to pay for the vaccine for the dog AFTER he was seen. I was NEVER informed of this plus I never bother asking before appointment because she was the same one that informed me that it would be covered in the initial appointment. I questioned her and she said she was going to ask her Manager and they said it’s not covered. I went ahead and paid it because so annoyed with their front office service and now this situation that I just wanted to get out of there asap. I don’t mind paying for services especially when I purchased the $400ish Vetco package and asked all the questions of what is included and then to be told by the Vet and Hispanic lady and African American lady the visit is a charge. Minding you I already had paid $400ish now it was $103 charge for visit, vaccine and disposal fee to dispose vaccine. You kidding me!
This is misleading customers, awful customer service and not having acknowledge of your Vetco packages. This is my last time visiting PETCO and VETCO you have loss a customer who will visit another Vet office that knows their information and have better customer service. This place is pathetic next time video record the answers so you don’t have them come with the lame excuse that “the packages are new and I didn’t know them well sorry!” This is the lame response I received for the lady.
You took me like a sucker the first time not again. I’ll go to another Vet that will provide correct information the first time and not backtrack and most of all provide excellent customer service especially in the front end of the office.

Took our pup in for an allergic rash, we were new to Vetco.
Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about service provided.
We will definitely be back. Cane appreciated all the treats he was given too!

My first experience at Vetco was as good as if not better than expected. I did feel like I waited a bit longer in the room with my two dogs than I'd have preferred but I know I wasn't the only dog parent at an appointment. Dr. Cruz, the technician, and the front desk attendant were all polite, friendly, and easy to converse with.

My first visit to Vetco Total Care in Wellington was an incredibly disappointing experience, largely due to the office manager, Bre.
Initially, my appointment was rescheduled from 10 AM to 2:45 PM without any apology. When I called to inform them that I would be five minutes late due to a major accident on Memorial Day, Bre responded with sarcasm and negativity, warning me that if I were ten minutes late, I would have to reschedule. Despite driving 10 miles from downtown West Palm Beach, I was met with further rudeness upon arrival. Bre ignored me, offering no greeting.
When I inquired about why the 10 AM slots were available online if they were already booked, Bre became extremely defensive, stating they were not open the previous day. She also mentioned that clinic prices differ from their mobile services. When I asked for the specific prices, she sarcastically turned an acrylic sign towards me. I explained that I couldn't read it without my glasses, to which she replied, "That's your problem!"
As the office manager, Bre's behavior was unacceptable. Rather than addressing my concerns or attempting to defuse the situation, she escalated it and eventually refused service, claiming I was being rude. Her actions reflected a complete lack of customer care and professionalism. I will never return to this store again due to this appalling experience. Which is sad because Dr. Cruz and Josh her nurse, were very kind and empathetic. I really like them. PS: Bre did not even tell me that I have to bring a stool sample. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Wellington Florida is a high end area like Downtown West Palm Beach. This individual should not be working there since she was soooo GHETTO!

This location is the personification of 5 stars! When it comes to routine health check ups this is the only location that i trust. The entire staff is professional, sweet, and down to earth. The entire atmosphere is comfortable and they make the appt fun and stress free. I will continue to frequent this location. Thank you so much!!

Seemed as if they were just trying to sell me a package and did not listen to my wants as the pet owner. Then after I paid told me I could bring back a stool sample which was part of the package exam I paid for… She stated that they could not do a swab exam because everybody had gone to lunch and I should just bring a stool sample back when I had a chance. When I asked if she could just take it off and not charge me she went in the back and came back with the vet….they did the stool swab sample by the cash register in the store instead of taking my dog back into the exam room. It was a very unprofessional visit and I will be going back to my old vet after this experience. Very disappointing.

Mrs. Tiffany Cruz is a wonderful veterinarian, her staff are wonderful as well. My Kilo loves going to her and she makes the visit very pleasant for me in assuring that I am doing a good job with my fur baby. 10s across the board for the Wellington Petco!

It took them 2 weeks and about $600 of back and forth to then tell me, "I can't help you." All that was needed was a simple aspiration of the mass to collect samples for testing.

I was looking for affordable vet service within the area. The stars are only for the vet service which I appreciated. They charged way too much money for vaccines and preventives. You’ll better off book the clinic service. The website should be more clear about the pricing is only for clinic than the full service hospital. The staffs didn’t seem care much when I asked about the price.
