Melissa was our sales rep. She was wonderful! She went over all of the beds, the benefits of each and the difference. We never felt pressured and she listened to our needs and wants. They were really friendly and very helpful. Great experience and they received a life long customer.

If you are looking for a new mattress or sleeping accessory, I would highly recommend seeing Melissa or Aaron at Sleep Number. Both were extremely helpful and never once haggled or pressured me into buying anything. I’ve had a Sleep Number bed since 2015 and have not regretted my purchase. I recently went back to look at upgrading and they were extremely helpful through the entire process. They were even more helpful than the website.

I've been wanting to get a new bed for over a year as our 10 year old mattress is sinking a bit on my side and I am only 172 pounds. We got bed bugs and that was it. That bed is going out on the curb.So the day the exterminator came we went to the Sleep Number store in the Wellington, Florida mall. Cary was our sales person and he was very informative, patient, friendly and low key. There was no pressure to buy at all and I understand how sales work. We almost walked from sticker shock, but then another customer was there and we asked them how long they had their Sleep Number bed for and they said this is their second and they bought one for the husbands mother. They love their bed. That sold me right then and there. The beds are not inexpensive but I have no buyers remorse. Sales are timing sometimes and I am glad it worked out for Cary and for us. There is a period of time that we must wait to get our bed as they are not in stock. Oh well, goods things are worth waiting for in life.I was told the Wellington Mall location is moving to 441 next to Chili's in Royal Palm Beach. I look forward to stopping in the new location to say hello.

First, and foremost I normally do not post reviews. However, I do not want to see another couple go through this awful experience. We started our experience with an open mind and excited because we thought it was the answer to our prayers for my fiancé. My fiancé (56yrs old) suffered a massive intracranial hemorrhage stroke back in January. As a result of the stroke he suffers with paralysis of the right side (face, arm, hand and leg) along with aphasia and apraxia. When he was discharged from the hospital in April we did not realize he was not able to sleep in a regular bed. So, we went on to use the living room recliner. However, it is not very comfortable. So, when I saw the sleep number bed could position itself to imitate as a recliner I thought "perfect"! I was also under the impression that we had 90 days to try it and decide if it was for us with a full refund if it wasn't for us. This was told to us by the salesperson. At the time we really didn’t have the money for this type of expense but I thought we will do what we have to. I had to use our savings for this expensive with hopes that it was the answer to our prayers, for him to have a more comfortable and better sleep. After, 30 days we came to the conclusion that the bed was not for him. He semi slept in the bed for a total of 6 days. He would moan and groan in the middle of the night stating he has in pain. I did everything from adjusting the position to the firmness/softness. I even went as far as calling customer service for some suggestions. The rep suggested a memory foam topper and a topper that goes on the base. Again, he tried sleeping in the bed and it was not any better. Meanwhile he is back in the recliner every night. So, again he does not sleep with me in the bedroom and we lost $3,986. All because the salesperson did NOT tell me the Base was final sale (NON REFUNDABLE). Yes, it is in the fine print. However, we trusted her; she saw first hand our situation. The money we have lost could have gone to more physical, occupational and speech therapy or other expenses (medications, co-pays, etc.). Like I said before I normally don’t do this nor am I one to ask for a refund on anything. However, our situation at the moment is extremely financially stressful, living off of one income. This is beyond upsetting and frustrating. I am still flabbergasted that a company this enormous could be so inconsiderate and unforgiving.

On 4/10/22 I decided to shop for a new mattress as I just moved into my own place at 20 years old and need a new bed. I was in the store maybe 5 minutes before being profiled by staff because I look young. The sales rep Aaron actually approached me and told me that it was “time to go, this isn’t a place to play” mind you I haven’t even laid on a bed or caused and commotion. I asked him what he was talking about and informed him I am looking at mattresses… at this point Aaron requests me to show him My ID!! Wow! I am shocked so I pull out my phone so I can record him saying this.. at this point I have him on video ask me for identification and once I tell him I do not have to show him ID to shop for a mattress he proceeds to call security and kick me out of the store. The store manager was standing behind him the whole time this happened. I could buy any bed in that store CASH. I am honestly disgusted by the whole staff here, and have actually read reviews of the same thing happening to others. How they get away with discrimination I do not understand. Needs new management and sales needs more training.

This is the absolute wrong place to shop unless you look like you have money….If you want to be racially profiled or age discriminated against, please go here. Sleep Number corporate should investigate this place and it’s management for unfair treatment against their younger customers.

I was discriminated against at this Wellington mall location. After not even 5 minutes in this store I was approached by salesman Aaron and told it was time to leave. Being confused I asked him what the problem was and he then asked how old I was.. after telling him I am 20 (which is true) he asked for my ID!! Wow! At this point I pull out my phone and have him on video asking for ID to continue to shop, after refusing to show him he calls security and KICKS ME OUT all on video. I haven’t even had enough time to lay on a bed to test them out!! Obvious profiling and discrimination. Disgusting behavior my the whole staff. The manager sat by and did nothing and even supported Aaron in kicking me out for literally no reason. Sadly after reading reviews I see this isn’t the first time it’s happened. So sad. Staff needs better full refresh or better training.

Awful customer service. I have been complaining for weeks. By phone. Email. Text. Facebook messenger . I want the district manager Jonathan Joseph to review all my messages. I want to hear from him. I have been unable to sleep in my bed for way to long. The store manager in Wellington keeps saying she will help and doesn’t follow up. How can you spend over 7grand for a bed and get such bad quality service. I will be telling every person I meet. Social media. Anyone who will listen about my problems with this company. Nobody cares. I was given Jonathan Joseph’s name by my service tech and was told to ask for him if they do not expedite my repair. I have asked many times for him now. Get it together. Contact me.

I went into the store with my friends to look to buy something for my parents. After not even 5 seconds, they told us to leave. The next day, we tried to come back, and the same thing happened. We are younger people, but it’s unfair that we aren’t allowed to browse something. Unbelievable. Never go here.
