Horribly rude Attendant… I would include her name but she would not provide it. And she was not wearing her name tag… I am including a video to a complaint to corporate, and the owner of the establishment if I can find a pathway, When I ask to speak with a manager or to be provided a telephone number where one could be reached I was told… No…the only telephone number goes directly to the store.. so my Available options for customer feedback are limited… Nice part of town… It’s a shame… think they could do better with staffing…

Wow, what a terrible experience. The lady working there must not like her job. She represents the company poorly. She was arguing with a customer and said vulgar statements to him. I'm sure he said things too but should never walk out the store to confront someone.

The price is very expensive. Usually, two boxes of cigarettes cost between US$10 and US$13. Here, a box of cigarettes costs US$10. Why?

Unbelievable!The sign at Shell says 2.99/ gallon for regular, but the pump says 3.01/ gallon for regular (cash) 3.07 for credit.That’s not even the issue - wait for it…Get to the pump… 1.79 MORE for middle grade. $4.79 at Shell for mid grade & Chevron across the street was - $1.24 LESS per gallon for the same (middle grade). Never have I heard of an ADDITIONAL 1.79 for mid grade - it is typically 40 cents more for mid grade (as it is at Chevron). While the regular gas price on the sign at Chevron is higher, the mid-grade is 1.24 less. Who would ever anticipate an additional $1.79 for mid-grade?! (Mid-grade cost is not on either sign.) A true Shell game.

The Gas station has an odd smell to it when you walk in and the beverage cooler hasn't been cleaned in a long time ( black dirt covering the white shelves )

Usually always high priced but today was the first and last time for the car wash $10 anywhere else would have been better. A drive through the sprinklers would do a better job. This place used pretty much no soap and none of the other stuff

I've been looking for a car wash with updated technology for my new car. This car wash delivered! They have many inclusive options for washes including a ceramic application. They provide free vacuums as well.

The car washes are essentially the same. Mere water wash. Don’t buy the higher grade washed as 9 times out of 10 that’s not what you’ll get.

Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves. I have lived around the corner from this station for 15 years. I will NEVER buy anything from here. Prices are higher on everything just because of the location. Don’t patronize this place-go to Publix, Walgreens, etc-they value our community and don’t try to take advantage of us. Support local that supports our community and doesn’t show the greed that this place does.

The absolute worst car wash I have ever been to, would rate negatively if I could. Took my wife’s Armada there on Thanksgiving morning, got the ultimate wash and when I returned home and went to fish drying it I noted that all that the was did was put fine scratches over the entire truck and spread the dust around. It looked horrible. I washed the truck in my driveway to get it clean only to reveal the extent of the fine scratches. Now I have to either have it waxed or do this myself in order to cover up all the scratches. You have been warned - if your paint is dark as hers is DO NOT USE THIS SHELL CAR WASH
