Sales Associate Mike Maslak’s knowledgeable and thorough Customer Service knowledgeable have made us repeat and loyal customers. This was our 2nd stop on our Memorial Day Sales “just looking” list. Ended up purchasing discontinued dining room set and decided to wait on LR chair we found. No pressure applied. Returned next day, got chair AND matching sofa. Sofa was on Sale. Most of furniture in condo we purchased was from RoomsTo Go.

Mike Maslak is the best. He put no pressure on buying anything and was patient while I was making decisions. It was nice that he excused himself and let me look around and allow me to come to him when I felt ready. The experience with him was so great that I went back two days later to buy more furniture. Will definitely use him every time.

We stopped in for the Memorial Day sale, and salesman Mike helped us find tge perfect sofa and loveseat. It was great to deal with a no high-pressure, friendly sales person!

Avery is such an amazing rep. He not only was patient but also kind and brought some great ideas to me when looking for a bedroom suite for kids. He went above and beyond to make sure that i understood my paperwork. I will definitely be stopping by to drop off a thank you gift to him. 10/10 would recommend going to him he is perfect!

My sales advisor Avery at the Bero Beach Store is not only super helpful , professional, but extremely knowledgeable on all of the pieces online and in the showroom! He’s helped me furnishing my remodel and always gives different options that are available ! When I shop at rooms to go it’s nice to have someone who knows what I’m looking for ! My experience is always so pleasant!!!

My husband & I walked in Friday night to look at possibly purchasing a couch or sectional. I forgot the gentleman's name that first helped us but he was very nice, immediately assisted us and let us have space to walk around but was there to answer any questions. The next day we came back to look further and he was with another customer, but Gabrielle found us. She led us to a few options and was able to provide plentiful information on the pieces, as well as being humorous and upbeat. Once we found the set that we really liked, she sat down with us and broke down the costs and availability plainly. As a young couple, we've been overlooked in certain other competing stores and not taken seriously. I never felt even a touch of that in this store, or any push to buy unwanted furniture. Gabrielle is a stellar employee and her attitude and work ethic is unmatched. We returned yesterday to purchase the two piece set (couch and loveseat) and the process went very smoothly. She gave us cleaner for the couch and pointed out all important information, and just made the purchase so much easier. 10 stars for Gabrielle!!
