I was in shock with my appointment. The woman was on the phone the entire appointment. This is really unacceptable. She only spoke a few words to me I felt like it was was bothering her time off. I will look into a different quest!!

To sum up, this was a horrific experience as the employees were rude, downright nasty and vindictive. I had made an appointment for necessary blood work several months earlier so that my doctor would get the results before my physical.I was early and checked-in outside the lab (8:25 am) as I was instructed in the text I received that morning. As I walked in, there was an employee at the inside security door calling for a patient. I asked if I needed to check in again. I was told emphatically no! So, I sat down and waited to be called. I had an 8.30 appointment and was early because I had another doctor’s appointment at 9:00 a few minutes away.I watched as the waiting room emptied and start to refill. I asked the next employee (who walked through the back area door) if I had been skipped. I was firmly told to sit back down and they would check. I NEVER SAW THAT EMPLOYEE AGIN. This went on several times. By the time (it’s now 8:40) the third employee who came out to the waiting room I questioned why I was being skipped over while people who came in after me were being taken. EVEN A GENTLEMAN IN THE WAITING ROOM WHO CAME IN AFTER ME AND HAD SEEN WHAT WAS GOING ON MUST HAVE FELT BAD AND ASKED IF I COULD BE TAKEN BEFORE HIM. We were both ignored and the next patient went into the back. Finally, at 8:50 (2) employees came out to get me (and explain there must have been some kind system error). When I complained that this was unacceptable, and I had another appointment in (10) minutes, one of the employees said she “DID NOT NEED THAT ATTITUDE and I was told “TO SIT BACK DOWN AND THEY WOULD COME ANG GET ME WHEN THEY WERE READY”. When I asked how long that would be, I was told they didn’t know. I was so upset I don’t know how long I sat there before someone came and got me, but it was after 9:00 when I left. 40 MINUTES AFTER I SIGNED IN.Obviously, I missed my doctor’s appointment which cannot be rescheduled for several weeks.Thank you, Quest for a memorable experience.

People need to remember- these people are human! The ones leaving bad reviews probably went with no appt, demanding to be see right away. News flash people- get over your entitlement! If you want fast service be responsible and make an appt and plan in advance. These people deal with entitled individuals who believe their needs are above all and treat the staff awfully. We all need to remember we’re all human.Olivia was my phlebotomist and she was terrific. The facility is very clean, organized, and makes check in a breeze. If you have an appt, which you should, it’s fast and painless.Thank you for all you do! And people, get over yourselves. The world doesn’t revolve around your nasty attitudes. ?

You know, I was going to give this place a poor review, but after going back into the room for the blood draw, and asking the phlebotomist about her day, I rethought my negative, selfish attitude! Why? They are human, too. They have long days. Sure, we don’t like to wait more than 15 minutes if we have an appointment, and we want everyone to smile and greet us like we are the most valuable people in the world, and we demand to be serviced without an appointment (because we’re American!) Well, guess what? These people have long days, too. Employees call out and make things difficult on the team. Have some sympathy; I assure you, they are doing their best!

Arrived five minutes late, upon arrival checked in, was called back in less than five minutes. Tiffany was awesome, she was efficient, she was helpful to her colleagues (as 3 others called for her help dealing with a child) she had superb bed-side manners, so sweet and overall proficient and professional. Absolutely great appointment; after being concerned with the comments left prior; make your own judgments, treat people with kindness and respect.

Horrible. Do not click on the address they send you via text to get there, it takes you to the middle of some houses. Obviously I got to my appointment late because I was driving around to find it. When I get there I couldn’t check in and the machine was telling me I had to be put as a walk-in, so I asked one of the ladies (asian, curly hair) if she thought it was going to be a long wait because I was fasting for a 3 hr glucose test and I was 7 months pregnant. She was very RUDE! When I first approached her it seemed as though she didn’t want me near and then I made sure to say “Can I ask you a question?” And she said “Sure” very rudely. Then, I asked her the main question and she wouldn’t answer so I asked her again she said she didn’t know how long the wait was and that everyone else here was (apparently) fasting as well so to just wait. She was being very rude this whole time and obviously I was only asking because I’m pregnant and would have to fast for another 3 hrs but she didn’t seem to care one bit. Really horrible experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I have multiple chronic illnesses and have to have blood drawn on a regular basis. In a lot of cases, those have to be done ASAP. Quest was always known to me to be notoriously difficult to make a timely appointment, but since Quest states that walk-ins are welcome, I went in today with my lab order. I registered and was placed second in the waiting list. When I walked in, there were about three people with appointments, and three walk-ins. The appointments were let in regularly, while the walk-in list was growing longer, and only the person in front of me was taken in. Time went by, and at some point, there was only ONE person with the appointment there, and at least SIX walk-ins, waiting patiently while there were at least four technicians on the back (maybe more). I waited for over an hour and was concerned that I will be late to work, when I noticed that my name is not in the stand-by list anymore. Since no one was available to double-check, I asked the next technician what happened with my name, and she said she needs to take her patient in and doesn’t have time for this. The next technician who went outside ignored me at first, and when I repeated my question, she said I am still in the list. I asked why I cannot see my name there, and she turned around and walked away. After that, I said I will be going to Labcorp, and walk away as well. I called my doctor, and she recent the order to Labcorp, which had an appointment available as soon as Monday in my area. I called corporate office and let them know what is going on as well.Dear Quest, if you don’t want to have walk-ins, please let patients know, and we will go to a different company. Change your policy that only appointments will be honored, but communicate with people about it! At this point, it looks like your employees do not care about their patients, and it is sad because many of your patients are ill, and need medical care in a timely manner. And if you are OK with your employees demonstrating such attitudes towards their jobs and their patients, PLEASE do not play the advertisements in the office about how convenient and caring you are and how we should recommend Quest to other people.

The worst, granted I was a walk in , but they let me sit there for an hour before informing me they were not taking anymore walk ins. At least put a note on the door. Very disorganized place. If you live in Wellington go to the one in Royal palm next to Lowe’s, they are so attentive, very nice and very organized.

Someone from the Quest Executive Offices really needs to take a good look at the Wellington Quest location. At least on 3 different days I was turned away at 9:00, 11:00 and today at 6:30 AM with just 2 people waiting. Mary said they were short staffed and so did the other 2 times say the same thing. I asked Mary how many staff were drawing blood at 6:30 AM when they opened and she would not respond. Either these people are just plain "Lazy" or they really need to hire more staff. Why does It take at least 2 weeks to get an early morning appointment? Not sure if anyone even reads these posts or even cares since nothing has changed over the years! I have also had my posts deleted or no response!

One star only because I couldn't write a review without it! My experience started with a technician that was on the phone with a personal call throughout my entire appointment! Very little interaction with me and then handed me a bag with 9 specimen cups and a mail in form for the 10th. I asked if I needed to make an appointment to drop them off and she said no. Just come in, sign in on the kiosk and someone will come out to collect them. I returned with my specimens on Mon since they are not open on the weekend and checked in. When I see a technician come out for another person I said I was just there to drop off. She asked if I checked in and I said yes. She said she would look for it and brought the other person in with her. After an additional 15 minutes another person came in with her specimen cup. The next technician that came out sees the other lady with her specimen cup and asked if she was just dropping off. She said yes and I said I am as well. She tells the lady that arrived after me to go back and leave it on the table. I asked if I could do the same. The technician was rude and basically told me to sit and wait even though I was there before the other person. Thankfully, Olivia returned to help me. As she was going through my order she said I should have been given another (10th) specimen container at my initial visit. The lack of customer service at this location is very disappointing. Olivia is the only one that is concerned for the customers! She should retrain all the other employees! I was a half an hour late for work which could have been avoided. I will not go back to that location!!

Quest diagnostics locations can be incredibly hit or miss for me. This location does accept walk ins so it can boost your wait time just a little bit but they do prioritize those with an appointment. I've probably had to wait max 10-15 minutes for most appointments. The phlebotomist on staff for the most part are friendly at this location, I've had a few that aren't as gentle but they are quick.

Another horrific Quest office. The staff is unbelievably rude even when you have an appointment you still get treated like trash, while this place is the dumpster fire.

Unfortunately, being on a medication that requires me to have blood drawn frequently, I feel like I'm a regular here. I have always had a good experience and felt like the staff was doing the best they could every single time. They treat me with kindness and respect and are always very professional. I schedule my appointments via the website and usually wait approximately 5 to 15 minutes.

I have been to thousands of doctors and no one could take my little brother's blood. The specialist Tiffany is the best, she is the only one who could take my brother's blood without crying or hurting him. This place is the best.

I had an appointment at this quest location on Friday. I waited less than 5 minutes to be taken back because I had an appointment. The staff were kind and pleasant. I would definitely visit this lab again.
