Premier Family Health was excellent under the ownership of Dr. Apicella and Dr. Bago. During the nine years I was with them, it was incredibly convenient to have all my medical needs met in one place. After the practice was sold, I still had a very good doctor, Dr. Giselle Torres, who was part of Inovacare. However, when I recently tried to make a new appointment with her, I was informed that she was no longer with the office and that I would need to be established with a different doctor. They assigned me to Dr. Evendra Autar. I tried to keep my expectations low for our first visit so I wouldn't judge him too quickly. Despite my efforts, I didn't get a good impression from him. Still, I agreed to have a wellness check-up with him in four months. When I asked the receptionist--who wasn't very friendly and seemed disengaged (like she could be anywhere but working at that front desk)--about getting blood work done a week before the appointment, as was customary under Dr. Apicella's ownership, she went to ask Dr. Autar. He said it wasn't necessary because he would use the same results from a few months prior. I find him quite young, and since he is still relatively new in practice, I believe he has a lot to learn. On a positive note, I encountered Bianca in urgent care, and she was very pleasant. She even went personally to find me a spot to see Dr. Autar in two days, even though his agenda was full for the next four months. Additionally, the customer service representative I spoke to while trying to reschedule my appointment was extremely kind. Unfortunately, I couldn't quite catch her name, even after she repeated it.

I regret not investigating the reviews before scheduling an appointment here. From the moment the doctor (Devendra Autar) walked into the room, I felt uncomfortable. He seemed distracted, disinterested, and entirely unqualified. He didn't listen to my concerns, and his demeanor made me so uneasy that I didn't even want him to examine me. I honestly believe he's a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen and fear for anyone relying on him for an accurate diagnosis. The facility overall felt like an assembly line. When checking out, the receptionist didn't acknowledge me, provided no options for scheduling my next appointment, and got visibly frustrated when I asked for a time that worked better for me. To top it all off, as I was walking to my car, I saw the doctor in the parking lot yelling and arguing with someone on his cell phone--an incredibly unprofessional way to end an already uncomfortable experience. I cannot recommend this facility or doctor to anyone. Please do your research before choosing this practice.

This doctor's office has gone severely downhill in the past year. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone in the front office--they are unresponsive and unhelpful. I am a healthy, fit 28-year-old, and the most recent doctor I've seen here twice has tried to push serious, lifelong medications on me based on slightly off blood work, which feels unnecessary and overly aggressive. Everytime I visit I feel overwhelmed and anxious. Selena, my previous doctor, was excellent, but since she left, this place has completely fallen apart. I no longer trust anyone working here. If you care about your health and well-being, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I agree with all recent reviews. This practice has become a joke and will be looking for a new provider. Innovacare you such. I have an appt scheduled for months and you call last minute to tell me the provider is not in the office and they have to do a televisite, then charge more money because it wasn't in office. Very deceptive.

After I get everything taken care of with this last annual visit I will be finding another provider. It's very very apparent that this office does not care about their patients. I've tried to schedule with Dr.Stock for two years now and it seems impossible to do that. When I finally get an appointment with her I'm somehow double booked and end up with a different provider. I had to mention ppd multiple times to Dr. Jean Baptist and ask how to manage it before she even asked me questions about my depression. My annual this year has been an absolute nightmare once again. After being told this year I would be able to see Dr.Stock I get an appointment reminder for my annual with Dr. Jean Baptist. On the day of my appointment the doctor wasn't there and I had to be rescheduled. I had to tell them it was an annual and shouldn't I have blood work for an annual. The response I got, "oh, you didn't do bloodwork?" I was thankfully able to be scheduled for bloodwork the next day but requested a few additional tests be added which I was told I could do and it should be no problem as long as I let them know while they still have my blood. As soon as I walked out from getting my blood drawn I called and asked for additional tests to be added and let them know my blood was JUST drawn for my physical and I'd like additional tests added so it can fall under my annual bloodwork and not be so expensive and so I wouldn't have to go back and wait for my blood to be drawn again. I was told a note was being sent to the provider. The next day I get my results back and see the additional tests weren't added. I call again and am told the provider got back too late and told me I'd have to come back or go to urgent care. I have since escalated the situation two more times and asked for a supervisor to call me back. Both of which have not happened. I will be letting everyone local to me know about my experience and will be finding a practice that actually cares about its patients and their health and wellbeing.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO PREMIER FAMILY HEALTH managed by Innova Care Health because clearly, they do not care about their patient's wellbeing. Sad to say it, but nothing at Premier Family Health is the same, no wonder their doctors are leaving the practice. I've being calling for the last two days in order to get a prescription refilled and no one from the office ever bothered to call into my pharmacy for the approval. When I called today, 11/15/24 I was told that the Medical Assistant would have to review my request because I have not been seeing the new doctor, they assigned me since Dr. Michael Appleblatt left the practice. I informed the person on the phone that I had a scheduled appointment with Dr, Autar Devendra on 11/29/24 and again I was told to wait for the Medical Assistant to call me. When I asked for the name & phone number of the Medical Assistant, I was not given the information I requested and was told to wait. Needless to say I canceled the appointment for 11/29/24 and now I am looking for a new doctor.

Absolutely the worst Doctors office you can go to. After this place was sold it has been on a steady decline. Profit over care. I honestly think most of the actual doctors have left at least any of the good ones . I just went to my last appointment I wil ever go to at this place. I am sick of being treated this way ! Do not go here if you value your own health !! Run!!!

How Sad!!!! This wonderful practice no longer exists. No MD's. They have all left. Corporate takeover of this place ruined it. Innovocare ruined this medical practice. After being a happy patient for the past 18 years I will move on. I loved all the people that worked there. Staff was always so helpful and pleasant. The new decor fits the place its now like a ice palace w/no warmth or competence. Customer service is a thing of the past. Blood draws now take hours and you have to wait forever to get an appointment. Their new thing is the Urgent Care Center. So instead of making a $10 copay to see my primary I have to pay $40 to see a nurse!!! Time to go. What a terrible end to what once was a wonderful practice. Look elsewhere!!!!

Run as far away from this place. This place is now all about the money. I need a note from a visit it took over a month to get. They don’t answer the pt portal. I need a form filled out they wanted me to make another appointment to get it filled out so they could charge me and my insurance for an office visit. It has become more about the money then pt care. Do yourself a favor stay away.

I have been a patient here for many years . When recently looking to make an appointment I saw all the negative reviews and almost started looking for a new provider. Both the caregivers I usually see have left. I decided to go a head with the appointment. I was put with Dr. Torres and her assistant. From the beginning of the process starting with making the appointment, signing in, getting treatment, and checking out making my follow-ups. All things considered it went very smoothly. Unfortunately I have to get alot of medical care due to a serious accident and I see more than my share of nonsense . I found this experience to be relatively manageable, and everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional, compassionate, and really concerned with me as a patient.
