The worst. Do not let them near your house. They show up late. They try to overcharge you for everything. Extra charge for personnel. Then they take huge breaks while charging by the hour. They move extremely slow. They drive slow. They take laps around the parking lot to extend your hourly rate. The 1600 dollar estimate became 2800 then they try to intimidate and insult you for a large tip.Never again. Run don't walk away from this company.

I would never hire this company after reading the reviews. This is a crime. They should not be allowed near any house to move goods.

My parents just moved from NY and all they had were large boxes (no furniture) moved from their truck to their new place. This place required 3 hour minimum booking for 2 movers for 390.00 The job only took them one hour to complete and then they had nerve to question the number of boxes my parents had and try and hustle my parents for a larger tip instead of just talking to my brother who was there and arranged all of the plans from the beginning. They wanted to complain about 50 boxes meanwhile it took them an hour and they still got paid for 3 hours of work. I called the company to address this unprofessional attitude and they changed their tune when they dealt with me directly. Don't hustle elderly people because you're money hungry

Several items broke when moving 3 miles from one condo to another in NPB. Some items were subsequently repaired. I would not recommend them.

I am moved here first time in 2008Then I moved back from Florida back to New York in 2010 then I change my mind and move back to Florida in 2011 thanks to Perez Movers they are the best and I will continue to do business with them because they have kept all of my personal belongings safe

Owner is very unprofessional and makes a lot of promises but once the move starts he has a lot of excuses on why it took 4 more hours than was scheduled. Please save yourself the aggravation and money and look for another moving company that will get the job done correctly.

I have used this company to move the contents of my home 3 times.....having been given EXCELLENT service each time. NEVER has anything been broken or damaged in any way.. Perez movers is the way to go... they even have storage I used for a year between moves. All stored items delivered to the next move in excellent condition.. I would recommend this company to all who are moving or need storage. Theresa A Goddard

I could not ask for more. The move was less then I thought it should cost. The men were polite, good humored hard working with caring attitudes. We started and finished in one day. Perez did not charge me until the move was completed even though he dropped off hundreds of dollars in boxes, wardrobes, packing tape and packing paper. I have moved before with other more recognized and more expensive movers and have not experienced this service and professionalism. We will be moving again in one year and I would not consider anyone else for that move. I strongly suggest you call and book them for your move - you will be happy you did

Used the company to move from NYC to SWF. When the drivers arrived they demand cash. We are missing a box and glass from a bedroom end table came broken. Tried to resolve this with calls and still over a month and no calls from then, the box was not found and glass not replaced. Stay away

Stay away unless you want your things stolen! Two employees of this company were involved in the theft of thousands of dollars of jewelry from my recently widowed mother. They were helping her pack and during this process broke into her carry-on bag, which she had packed and ready to take to the airport for her interstate move. They took jewelry with sentimental value that was beyond words-pieces from my father, grandmother and great-grandmother. This is terrible in any case, but they did this knowing that she had just lost her husband. The owner of the company even claims that he knows who these individuals are and yet has failed to offer any kind of compensation for this tremendous loss. Be careful! Do not use them. They clearly have illegal practices and the owner does nothing to stop it!

Started good, with Nilo coming to do an estimate late evening. It was for an out of state move. He was nice, have me verbal estinate, but was in a hurry to load up before any written estimates. Once loaded up, estimate was $1000 more than verbal estimates! I let it go because I was desperate to get my daughter's stuff moved. He promised they would let me know when they would be able to deliver. Never heard back. When I called, he said he'll call back. Didn't call back. When my daughter called them to check on the status, he yelled at her and challenged fur her to get another mover. Eight days later, they called to let her know they are on the way. When they got to her apartment complex, truck apparently wasn't able to drive thru, so they asked to collect another $400. Beware of this company especially for out of state move!
