Today I went into PacSun and I spoke with Jeremiah who was beyond helpful with me! Recently I had throat surgery so I had lost 30 pounds and I was unsure of what my size was and my style at this point. The moment I walked in Jeremiah was so helpful and so caring when it came to finding me a size and style that fit my personality to the tee. I have never been so helped in the retail department in my life he was so caring so helpful and super sweet when it came to finding me styles because I was unsure so when I told him go with your guy and what you think with the best for me he bought me stuff that I thought was perfect and I couldn’t ask for a better sales rep than Jeremiah !! If you go to PacSun please ask for Jeremiah he is the absolute best!!!

We would like to recognize exemplary customer service that seems to no longer exists in not only retail but in society.Our family has 5 children and 3 Have birthdays in the month of December. We had missing shipments and late shipments which really impacted our family during this time of celebration for our children. We explained and provided detail via customer service (1-800 number), multiple emails with the same dept.We went into the Wellington branch and Jason and Genesis listened, researched, and both spent an 1 hour + on separate cellphones to make this right for our kids (the customers). They sell guy's and girl's clothing, and the "style," if you are wondering, is like a mixture between "skater/surfer." The clothing is nice here, but the only reason I come here, is for the guy's cologne There are two that I highly recommend: Pac Sun "ATWATER,"(in a white box) and "ATLAS"(in a black box) They both have distinct floral/citrusy notes, and I really can't pick a favorite! (So I usually buy both) Pac Sun also has some pretty unique socks to purchase, here... check them out. On the back wall, they also have some shoes and sandals/flip-flops as well. Pacific Sunwear at the Mall at Wellington Green is usually pretty well kept and neat... and the employees are friendly here as well. Mark M. Usually I love going to PacSun but recently I have been experiencing very bad customer service with PacSun The girl who helped me find what I needed had excellent service but the manager was incredibly rude as he refused to give me a sale and talk about me in front of me to a worker The sale was right in front of my face and we showed him the sign just to make sure that I was right and he still refused to give it to us when the other girl decided to give it to us because that is policy he was saying how we would expect it next time I really didn't like the way he was talking about us in front of our face and I just wouldn't come back after experiencing how rude he was
