Had great experience here. Was able to accomplish several things that I was not aware I could do at Office Depot. Pleasant young lady, Ciara, was big help. She showed me how to make legal size copies, and then print labels to mail envelopes to my accountant.

Today, I visited the Wellington Office Depot and my experience in the print department left me very disappointed with their customer service. As I arrived at the doorway, I patiently waited for one of the associates to acknowledge me and offer assistance in a friendly manner. When I was finally acknowledged and asked if I needed help, I responded affirmatively. The associate then had me come around the desk to speak with her face-to-face.
I explained that I needed some copies of two drawings in a larger format and that I wanted to email them for printing. However, to my surprise, the associate informed me that they could only accept files through their website or a flash drive. In today's technologically advanced world, I couldn't help but feel that Office Depot was lagging behind and lacked expertise in the printing industry. It seemed like they were not up-to-date with modern practices.
Leaving Office Depot, I felt that they were ill-equipped to handle customer needs in the print department. If a business cannot provide satisfactory customer service to its patrons, it raises questions about their competency in that particular environment. Despite being greeted at the door when entering, my overall experience has left me considering giving them a low rating.

In our recent to this branch (2/19/2024) we found a SUPER KIND AND EFFICIENT helper. His name is Taylor. He went over his responsibilities to help us sort out our copies. My husband and I were very amazed by his customer service skills. Way to go Taylor!!!

I went to office Depot to buy multi-purpose paper. I bought one room 20 lb 96 brightness for $12.99. with tax it was $13.90. I got home and check the price on Staples. Staples charges $7.75 for the same paper. I called office Depot and to see if they would price match. They absolutely will not. My advice go to Staples stay away from office Depot cuz you will get ripped off like I just did.

Horrible experience, cashier at the print desk gave me the incorrect change twice, when I asked for the correct amount she decided to become combative. She was a very overweight woman with curly black hair. Very rude person.

Horrible customer service at the Print Center. We normally use a different location which is amazing but our order was sent to this location this one time. The order status online was never updated to advise that it was ready for pick up and when calling the store amd letting them know that the status wasn't updated the lady on the phone caught an attitude and it was returned right back to her. Then upon pick up of my order she, in front of other customers, woth that same attitude said " oh you! I've been waiting for you, your call was rude" my response was that it was due to the lack of them competing their task, as I grabbed my order she threatened to cancel future orders amd proceeded to talk loudly in front of other customers on my way out the door. This employee needs anger management classes or retraining in customer service.

Absolutely awful printing services. I went in hoping to having some things printed for a party and the girl working at the print counter was so rude and disrespectful. I approached her and asked her if she could help me with my prints, I told her I tried to figure it out online but found it difficult. She told me “well what was so hard about it” with an apparent attitude. She gave me a little direction on how to proceed with it myself and when I checked out I guess i selected delivery instead of curbside pick up. Upon realizing this she told me she had to cancel the entire order and I had to go back online and resubmit my entire order which I know is false. I know she could have altered the order without cancelling it. She then said “well had you selected in store pick up in big bold letters it wouldn’t have selected delivery”. I said “okay well it was an accident I didn’t mean to do it”. She asked me if I was okay and i told her I was frustrated and I felt like she was giving me a hard time. She said to me with a nasty tone “how am I giving you a hard time?” I just looked at her and told her I’d leave and go print at the other store instead of arguing with her. She said “good have a good day”. On my way out of the store I mentioned the incident to a manager and she said “sorry “ and i just left. The girl was so rude to me from the minute I walked up, gave me an awful attitude, didn’t want to help me, and then proceeded to try and argue with me. I literally had to leave and go print at another store and had another employee tell me she could’ve edited the order and she didn’t have to cancel it. This is the second time I’ve tried to use this locations printing services and was met with an attitude by this girl the first time I came as well. Absolutely a waste of my time and so disrespectful.
