I’ve been using my community pharmacy for a few months now. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful they are. I would highly recommend them. They are very dependable, they deliver and they also deliver pill packs to the elderly. Never once have I seen a complaint or an attitude. They are wonderful and very understanding. Dennis is amazing.

An outstanding, caring and professional pharmacy. I’ve been using this pharmacy for the past couple of years. I’ve always received my refills on time by mail. I’ve NEVER had a problem with their services. The one time something went awfully wrong, the pharmacy was not at fault; it was the FedEx delivery person. I won’t go into detail, but I was truly humbled that the pharmacy employees took the time out of their day to message/call me as soon as I addressed my concern with them. They took full responsibility despite doing everything right, and they ensured I had my medication. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks My Community Pharmacy!

Exceptional Veteran owned establishment and leads the way in filling prescriptions that others like Rite Aid, CVS, and Walgreens will not. Excellent customer service and choice of products.

Not enough good words to say! I’ve used this pharmacy for years. Johnny, the owner, Dennis and all who work there are kind and compassionate! Any time I’ve had an issue with any medication from my Dr, they have resolved it quickly. I’m always notified when my order is ready. I never have to wait, medication is always accurate. I would never go back to a large chain pharmacy! They treat you like a friend or family! I’m very appreciative for the kindness and personal care!

My recent experience at this pharmacy has been quite disappointing. Patients who require specific medications are all too familiar with the lengthy and often exasperating process of dealing with finding a new pharmacy, as well as ensuring timely processing of medication orders. In this context, the frustration becomes all too palpable. Regrettably, my situation took a turn for the worse during a conversation with Pharmacist Jennifer.Despite being initially assured of my acceptance as a new patient and witnessing the efficient processing of my prescription, I was met with an unexpected response during my interaction with Jennifer today. Her disrespectful approach, refusal to honor a prior agreement, and abrupt termination of our call when I inquired to speak with the owner Dennis were both concerning and disheartening. This was unexpected, given the positive interactions I had with all the other staff members.It is not unreasonable for patients grappling with the complexities of obtaining necessary medications to expect a level of professionalism from pharmacy staff. Jennifer's conduct, however, was far from professional. Her attitude appeared entitled and dismissive of the challenges patients often encounter. This unfortunate incident has left me feeling disheartened, especially in light of the near impossibility of finding a new pharmacy that can provide my required medication.

I was having a difficult time getting the the right prescription from my doctor. It was making me a little bit difficult to deal with. But when they saw a $200 prescription come in for antibiotics, they knew this was unreasonable, when there were alternatives, and contacted my doctor. I ended up paying $1.50. thanks for your patience and thanks for looking out for me.

This is Rogelio Duran. I came from another pharmacy and ever since felt like home. They not only k ow you by name when you walk in you fast friendly service . I come all the way from belle glade just so I don't have to deal with the rudeness and unprofessional doings of other pharmacy's. Customer for life!!

Do not recommend. Horrible customer service. Promise one thing and then don’t do it and are rude about it. Not very family friendly as they say they are.

This is a great pharmacy. Why is it great? I’ll tell ya why: cause if you need to talk to someone about your prescription, or straighten out some mess up with insurance, there’s someone to talk to - a knowledgeable pharmacist. Also, if you’re in a bind and need something right away, they always help out. They’re friendly and they care about their customers.

My Community Pharmacy filled our prescriptions when the other "traditional" pharmacies, and those attached to grocery and super stores turned into the "pharmacy police." Thanks My Community for everything you do, with terrific customer service as the "cherry on top." Keep up the great work.
