This store, & the people in it are helpful. At least try best to help you, & remain professional about it. What aggravated me was; a screen went dead on one of my lines; needed it replaced asap, with any cheap phone. But you cant call & ask them what they have in stock, whats avilable, etc. They cant tell you, corporate policy. You physically have to come into the store. Same with activation; other carriers let you activate online or over phone just using IMEI. I dont understand this at all. What do you gain from me having to drive around to 3 different Metro stores, to tell me all the cheap phones are out of stock, or that this or that phone cannot be activated? Other than get me more agrivated.
And I know theres different ways to pay for new phones, but the retail is the retail price. I have 3 older model phones, that are starting to break down, been w/ Metro for long time. But its actually cheaper now to switch to Xfin Mobile, to get one or 2 free phones, and then pay $10 less monthly than I do now w/ Metro.

This store is awful, they added services to the acct without my knowledge or agreement and online human customer service gives you false balance information until you provide verified bank transaction information showing they are incorrect. Very sketchy predatory business practices. Metro used to be great but Not anymore.

That place is the worst place to buy, they offer you according to when you buy a phone they give you gifts, a pen and a tablet that you pay at the end and when you want to return. They disagree that it cannot be done because the system does not work. That refunds are only for new customers. Excuses are what they know how to give. I went more than 4 times to get my money back. In the purchase receipt it says that I only have 15 days to return. But they are waiting for the 15 days of purchase to arrive so as not to return my money.

They gave bad information so I had to pay more the following month. When I wanted to talk to the manager she told me that she was too busy to serve a client. It's like talking to a camel.

I just purchased a new TCL cell phone and I wanted professionals to handle the switch over. They were very professional and polite and the switch over was very smooth.

I've been on the 60$ plan for years and now since I came to pay my phone bill this lady named Ashley rang me up and next thing I knew before she finished paying my bill she was on the phone with someone and she made her way to the back room and after a bit she came back out and finished the transition. She never gave me a receipt or anything and the next thing I knew when I checked the "My metro" app they put me on a 15 plan and added multiple tablets to my account. I spent the past hour trying to get rid of them threw customer service and they told me they can't even cancel the tablets I never gotten before 2 weeks.

About 2 weeks ago I went in and fortunately spoke with the manager Ashley (only one that knows anything there), today I went in to get the phone and smart watch I had discussed with Ashley, when I got there Ashley was busy so someone else tried to help me, ? she gave me the wrong prices on the watch, the phone and even the connection charge, I said couple weeks ago it was this price, her response “Oh well maybe it went up” ? duh ? no I don’t think so, then I asked to speak with Ashley, she came out and all the prices the lady had told me were in fact incorrect. So I asked if someone else could help me, Ashley gave me to some other guy, he seemed to know what he was doing until time to pay, he couldn’t figure out the payment CC machine, then he called over the girl who first had helped me, OMG it was about 25 minutes already of pure stupidity. So I ended out leaving and went to Green Acres and poof I got a smart watch and phone with no headaches. ? you would think today you would train you’re employees before sending them out making up prices and dumb comments. I live in Wellington but will not ever go back to this location

Came in and Ashlie in the Wellington store was absolutely amazing. Took time to help. Didn't plan on ot bit walked out with IPad and accessories! Definitely will come back when ready for upgrade!

Phone doesn't power on. Can't login to online because it sends a text to your phone with a pin to login. So now you have to go to a store just to change your phone and they charged you $26 just to do so. You explain it to them and they just don't care. The company that bought out these corporate store locations needs to shutdown and give them back. Customer service is horrible! They don't care, they just want to make a sale.

Horrible service. They are nice when you buy a phone but if the phone they sold you is lemon after a few days of use they don't even try to really help you. We got different information each time we tried to get the issue resolved after too many phone calls to metro we have a few hundred dollar paper weight. I'm done with MetroPCS and TMobile.
