The staff at Lush are so down to earth and welcoming. I love that they helped me to find a gift when I was so indecisive about what to get for my friends. They took the time to break down what items were in the store and went along with me bouncing ideas around for themes and were very attentive. I appreciate all the help that was offered to me. Thank you for such a wonderful experience for my first time coming to this shop. 10/10 would come again for myself.

Maya ! She is the best! I love the stuff at this store but she took so much time to explain and show me what they have! I am a turtle lover and she showed me the Ninja Turtle soaps, and even massaged my arm with it for a few minutes... so amazing! Of course I had to buy, and I bought products for my teenage granddaughter! What a fun shopping experience! We will definitely be back!

The awesome customer service started as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by both Cassidy and Maya upon arrival and they both helped me understand the products and informed me of the differences between the 2 I was stuck on. They were both very informative and patient with me and I have never felt so seen before. They made me feel like I was more than a sale/number. I will definitely be returning to this Lush again.

This fabulous employee named Maya was very helpful. Walked us through all the scents and made sure we left with something we would enjoy. She was very helpful and I will definitely be back to try more scents.

I have not shopped at a Lush in years due to the pandemic, so I was not aware of the new products they had to offer. Maya, the store associate was so friendly, kind, took the time to explain every single product I had a question about. I definitely had a lot of questions and I wasn’t an easy customer, her service was impeccable. The manager, Katy, was also super polite and had a positive attitude towards my shopping experience. I had such a great experience I will no longer be shopping online. I will always come to the Wellington Lush. Thank you and the team! Amazing job keep up the hard work ??

Last weekend, I celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday at Lush and the experience exceded our expectations. XT, Sean and Judah were in charged of the party and they did an amazing job. From the entertainment to the goodie bags, they made sure to make my daughter feel extra special. If you have a birthday party to celebrate, consider doing it at Lush at Wellington Green Mall ♥️

We had our daughters 10th birthday party Sunday 12/10. We had the best experience. Sydney, Emma and Del worked the party and they were excellent with the kids. They kept them engaged and made it a great time for all! Thanks Lush Wellington!!

Fantastic Customer Service! It's hard to find good customer service, let alone great service. I had several items to purchase for an event and the associates searched and gathered to make sure I was able to purchase everything needed. The attention to detail in hand bagging and tagging the items was appreciated.The team here at the Wellington Mall was so kind, courteous and professional. Extremely helpful and polite. Thank you to Del, Stormy and Alyssa - outstanding service!
