Came for a drug test with an appointment at 1:45. The toilet was clogged of course when it was time just for my appointment. I needed the test by today and the only thing they recommended was to go to another location they all close at 2:30 . So disappointing

I love coming here for my labs very clean and lab tech she is always friendly and she doesn't have you waiting long periods of time. I would definitely recommend this Labcorp Site.

I set up my appointment, and called to see if they had the time to do a two hour test, or if I needed to come in earlier. Called a couple times, rang to voicemail. I left a message. I didn’t receive a call back. Went ahead and modified my appointment to be a little earlier, just in case. I hobble in after no food and water (fasting) while pregnant, only to be told, “we don’t do that here” and to “go to another location tomorrow”.....I was very polite and just left, but inside I was pretty upset.Oh okay! No problem! I’ll fast again! And it’s not like people have to juggle other things like childcare and work hours.The least you can do is not be lazy and call people back. It was better to go as a walk in early in the morning at the Wellington location.EDITED TO ADD: they already had the doctor’s orders, so it’s not like I surprised them with my testing needs when I walked in. I was trying to be proactive by calling to make sure there wouldn’t be any hiccups, and by rescheduling anyways to give them more time.Here’s an idea! Change your software to not accept appointments that have tests you don’t offer, so that people don’t waste their time!Here’s another idea! Call people back, or remove the option to call/leave a message, so that people don’t sit around waiting for lazies to call them back.

It was my first time at Labcorp and this location at Walgreens was the closest to my house. I got there at 7am as soon as they open and I was so happily surprised to be the first one, zero wait time and everything was set and ready. The nurse was very competent and available. I really loved the experience and I would definitely return. Thank you!

This Labcorp is unlike any other I’ve been t -, it’s quiet, quick, and the site coordinator, Danielle is always pleasant and kind. I go out of my way to come here to get blood drawn because usually Labcorp centers are packed and people are stressed and overworked.

3rd lab corp I’ve been to within span of 1 day. First one permanently closed. On google says still open. 2nd one, get there and “we are not doing that test here” send me to different location. 3rd one, both google and automatic voice line say close at 3:30pm. I get there at 3:02. Turns out they actually close at 3 not 3:30. Lab corps is a mess.

Extremely professional & quick!????? The location was spotless, sanitized, super clean!!!Debora & Maria took great care of me. My appointment was at 9am, by 9:10 am I was out. No wait at all. The workers were quick and polite. Labcorp just got a lifetime customer. Thanks for treating your customers well! Way to go LABCORP! ???....I went to this location after being rejected service at 2 Quest Diagnostics locations. Quest website only gave me the option to wait at least 10 days to get an appointment. I needed the test done at the same day, I drove an hour to an Quest facility that stated that they were taking walk ins, and when I arrived there the attendant laughed at my face and say I need an appointment to be seen. How a sick person can wait 10 days for a blood test? . Quest lost me as a customer.
