Went in July for an imaging paid for my service. Seven months later I get a bill from the collection agency? Finding out they show I never made a payment. Luckily I had a credit card statement from MasterCard. Be aware.

I would love to be able to leave a review under their new name of Akumin, but I never received a call to schedule an appointment. I waited 24 hours for a phone call and then called their office. The recording requested I leave my phone number and scheduling would call me. I did that. After about 10 minutes, I tried calling using my cell phone instead. I hung up after 1 hr and 13 minutes on hold for scheduling. I will absolutely NOT use them.

Aka Akumin - Do not go here. People stacked like cords of wood. Standing room only. No social distancing during a pandemic. . Packed waiting room at 730am. No explanation, no estimate on when you will get your mri. Definitely does not make you feel confident that they are capable of taking care of you. We cancelled my appointment and left. Stay far away.

Karen's Incorporated. One star for the Lady at the external entrance who welcomes you with Warmth and a Smile but the rest of the people here seem like they signed up just to get a paycheck. Once you enter the office building , the younger Karen's at the reception do not bother welcoming you or responding to a Hello as in my case, You get the feeling of Cheap hospital with very low quality service & low morale even though the actual space is modern and okay decorated. After being called for the actual exam, this older Karen 5ft 3, about 200 pounds with darker blonde hair looks me dead straight in the face and casually insults me passing it off as some off color joke obviously feeling insecure with herself by saying something so rude. She does her job mechanically, does not even bother referring to me by name even though their form asks you to say what your preference is, of which l specified either first or last name. She does the typical thing that people with very low standards do by referring to me as Honey// Sweetheart. No Female in their late teens, 20s, 30s and older should ever be referred to as anything else other than their Names or her preferred Suffix. There are no Women of color who work in this office or that l noticed and so if you enjoy dealing with Karen's with passive aggressive attitudes towards people of color then come to this place. I would not bring any family member or friends here nor will l return

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME OF YOUR MONEY. When they feel it in the pocket, maybe they'll fix the multiple mistakes they're guilty of. I've been going here for years because, well for no good reason except familiarity. I needed a chest x-ray. I called to check on protocol due to the pandemic. According to the bot, my wait time would be less than 2 minutes. Great! Perfect! I'll hold. NINE MINUTES later I gave up. The next day, I had better luck & someone answered. I should've asked for her name because, after telling me that chest x-rays didn't need an appointment, I asked her how long would I have to wait as a walk in? TEN MINUTES, she told me. Wow! Great! Next day, I get there, pre-screen at the door, give her my script, ID & insurance card; she gives them to a receptionist & tells me to take a seat. It took longer than 10 minutes for my name to be called to sign forms. Right there, that 10 minute fantasy was over. So, the girl gives my cards back, tells me to sign a couple pages. I'm standing at the desk getting it done quick when a different receptionist says "Maam can you please sit down to do that"? Let me tell you, I DESPISE BEING CALLED MAAM. I am not a senior citizen, ok? Second, another girl was called up after me and got to sign her papers without being told to sit down. To shorten up my review, I was there 45 minutes. I have an autoimmune disease that affects my joints, especially the SI joints in my low back and hips. It is horrendously uncomfortable to sit for 45 minutes plus, I'm in a room full of potentially sick people & I have an autoimmune disease, masks or not. The 10 minute lie .... that is why I will NEVER return to this facility (plus the girls at the desk whispering in Spanish about a patient who got angry with them). However, a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MARCIA, the xray tech. She was funny, nice, professional & fast. Thank you Marcia!

Don't bother . They are not organized. They rescheduled me because they don't have heart monitor I need . No call to let me know , nothing . Never use this place .

This is a terrible place to schedule an appointment. I'm waiting for an hour and nobody answers the phone. This is very disrespectful to the clients.

(Wellington office) this place has gone way downhill. They overbook all their appointments and I always end up waiting at least an hour to two hours after my scheduled appointment even for a simple chest x-ray. rediculous! Been going here 10 years and it is absolutely awful now was great for 7 years and now every time I go it gets worse. I booked an MRI of my knee upon arrival they said I booked for a mammogram even though I had just had one 3 months prior. Of course they had to squeeze me in an instead of telling me it would be 2 hours till they could do it they let me sit there for 2 hours in pain. I could have left and got lunch or did an errand or 2. The past 3 visits I have had I waited over and hour and up to 2 hours. Totally unacceptble!!! people are in pain or sick do they really think we want to wait 2 hours???

My doctor sent them a referral at 10 and told me to call them for an appointment. I called them at 10:30 and left a message for all call back since they never answer the phone in person. At 2:30 I receive a call only to be told that it takes them 4-8 hours to retrieve a referral from their server. If you need a test quickly, don't call them. This company does not understand that patients are also customers that have other options.

Very unprofessional staff, from the person greeting you at the door to the staff inside who are very inconsiderate talking and yapping away in Spanish about their personal stuff when most in the room don't understand. Even if I was severely ill and this was the last clinic available, not a chance in hell would I set a foot in their building. Just pathetic!!!

I was supposed to have a PET/CT SCAN , last Tuesday 2/4 but they called me last minute to reschedule cause they didn't get the approval from the insurance , after a month that I have the appointment, so I went today 2/11 to do it and after they called me yesterday everything was ok , I get there and asked me for the doctors referral ?????? How she knows what test she have to make if she doesn't have the doctors order ?????, that sucks , then this woman that was at the front door tells me that she wil do me a favor to used and old order from last year . Really !!!! I don't need no favor !!! I need to be taken care , so I left , I don't thing is correct I'm paying and no need no favors .....just need to be taken care !!!!! I don't recommend this place , me been Spanish expected to be treated better cause a lot of the workers there are Spanish , but it seems that the place is taking care for incompetent people, don't recommend this place ,.

My doctor faxed my prescription to this office 4 times. Twice to the Supervisor's fax and twice to their main number. I called for a week straight asking if they received the fax and they told me no and to call back again. The morning of my appointment I called in again and they still did not have the prescription. I told them it was sent to the Supervisor twice. They said they would have her call me. Never received a call back to this day. I never showed for the appointment. Why would I? Now I see all the bad reviews on here and I'm glad it worked out the way it did. They've lost my business.

Scheduling department gave incorrect info about scheduling spine Xray. I called next day and scheduled an 8:30 appointment. Told it was 9:00 appointment when I arrived. Then I was told that I would not be taken in until 930 because the x-ray department was in the process of an hour long x-ray that was scheduled for 830. Receptionist told me that yes their scheduling department was atrocious. There are plenty of other x-ray facilities; I will never return to this one. Oh and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was taken to a waiting area but the supervisor never showed up. Unbelievable on all counts.

I have been coming to this facility for over 20 years because it is convenient. Every visit becomes more difficult because it takes longer and longer to be seen. They schedule too many patients in a short time, and you have to wait forever to be seen. They have patient forms online, but they don't communicate this and as a result you have a pile of redundant form to fill out upon arrival. As a handicapped person I am unable to sit for long periods. I have voiced my displeasure, which falls on deaf ears. This is my last visit to this provider Since this review, I reached out to owners... no reply. I note the owner, or spokesperson only replies to positive ratings. My advice, go somewhere else.
