Rude workers. Had 2 girls at piercing and noone attending the register. Waited 20 minutes to be taken care of just to be greeted by rude employee. Will not shop there with my daughter again.

AMAZING CREW!! Big thanks and appreciation to Kami ?. She did my two piercings (one cartilage and 3rd hole). The atmosphere was great. Great management and great teamwork. I felt comfortable and not shy. I’m usually an introvert but today they made me an extrovert. Thank you for your service and kind, patient and understanding team. WILL BE GOING BACK! I had a wonderful experience at Icing. Customer service was exemplary. My interaction with the manager Yasmin was so pleasant she was helpful, knowledgeable,and patient . I tend to be indecisive so I appreciated her taking the time to ensure that I purchased what I desired . I will return in the future.

Yasmine the manager at this store is very rude and should be fired. I witnessed her curse at a customer and throw the customer receipt in the trash , and then threaten she would call her husband to come deal with the lady customer. I can’t believe you would employ someone who behaves like this. She was screaming in the customers face.

The icing store at Wellington mall is thee very best that I have ever experienced-Yasmin -Nicky and all the other employees are so kind and pay great attention to my needs as well as all the other guests-they keep that store so tidy and organized-for me this is THE ONLY jewelry store for me-such a good vibe from the moment I walk in the door-I highly recommend shopping at this location x

Doesn't deserve the one star solely because of the salesgirl Nicki. I have had the ears pierced there before and had a great experience. Nicki had a really bad attitude. Told her I wanted long posts because of the size of my ears plus easier for me to remove. Ihad trouble filling in the laptop. Sheacted like I was bothering her.Then when I mentioned the long posts she said she had put in for the short ones.

My wife had a terrible experience here. This would be a 0 if it would go that low. She called customer service and made a formal complaint. The employees are rude and bullying. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Extremely disrespectful place. Upon checkout, I was continously pressured into buying additional merchandise that I didn't want or need. This was followed by being pressured to donate to certain organizations I don't even approve of. Very unprofessional service and sales tactics. Definitely a place not worthy of visiting. I will never return.

DO NOT ENTER! Honestly they don’t even deserve that 1 star. I bought something impulsively and wanted to return it within 10min. Literally 10min. First I was told they don’t take returns until after 24hrs…Bogus…Next I was told that ONLY the manager is allowed to do returns….Again Bogus…after arguing those two things. Lastly I was told I can’t return because it’s body jewelry. Keep in mind. NONE OF THIS WRITTEN ANYWHERE….in fact the display they show at the register says otherwise. Store is Bogus…the manager wasn’t even there, it was just the minions yapping away talking total nonsense.

Only had one person working and the store was kinda packed.
