I have been going to the Wellington office for 15 years. This year Marlene who always does my taxes except for last year when I was in the hospital is usually very nice. This year I felt rushed and when I asked her a couple of questions about my exemptions and the federal with holding she was not very helpful. She told me to see HR. I was like who?.I thought I was in H and R. She meant my employer. Anyway I was very disappointed. Her advice was rushed and condescending. I thought that H and R are supposed to give you advice and direction.I knew in advance by googling that the with holding tax changed this year and just wanted her to elaborate.I may return to you next year but I will not be seeing her.
