Parents are not allowed to accompany their children into fitting rooms to assist. Who does this!?! These unisex fitting rooms are allowing grown men into areas with children and teenage girls but their mother isn’t allowed to go into their fitting room. Shame on you! Sadly, this policy will lead to an assault lawsuit at some point. In the meantime, This policy is further perpetuating the breakdown of family. Don’t sell kids clothes if you can’t accommodate the needs of children and families. Seriously, is shoplifting so severe that it’s driving this policy? It’s embarrassing. This happened at H&M at Wellington Mall in Wellington, Fla.

Disappointed in the costumer service..I always come to this mall because it’s the only mall with activities for kids I don’t typically shop here for my self only for my kids but I saw this fall collection and decided to grab some stuff I came in grabbed a couple things trued them and paid for them as I was leaving a sweater on the mannequin caught my eye and I went to grab my size then I went to the fitting room to try it and as a mom who has more then two kids it’s hard to shop sometimes .. my son asked to go to the bathroom and anyone that goes to that mall knows the bathrooms are far apart so asked a guy if they had a restroom he said he can ask if we can use it he asked the girl that was putting up clothes she said no I can’t use it I said okay that’s fine thank you and hurried off to the line the cashier girl named sky was the only one helping the line their was about 4 people in front of me and it was a Monday it wasn’t packed but the line was steady the people in-front of me were two old lady’s and they were taking their sweat time asking about prices and deals and asked sky to call the manger he came to answer their questions and as he was walking by I asked if he could help me bc my son had to go he ignored me and proceded to finish putting more clothes on the rack I asked sky if she can get someone to ring my i teams because my son needed to use the bathroom she called for assistance 4 times on there walkie and asked the girl who I had talked about the bathroom and she responded ( in a minute and walked off came back she asked her again and she ignored us walked to the back and I shouted out loud hello can someone help me please they acknowledge me and ignored me then the girl who walked off came back had a short conversation with sky witch she then again asked her to help me and she brushed it off by that time it was my turn sky helped me and she helped the person behind me was this bad costumer service was I discriminated because I am a small Latin women who they just said F me idk ….

I drove 45 minutes to this store. Bought a bunch of clothes, and the teller left one of the magnetic attachments on one of the shirts. I called customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do. I must come into the store and spend $20 on gas to get the magnet off on a $20 shirt???? Used to be one of my favorite stores.
