I've been to several nail salon but the tech that work with me did a poorly job
The pedicure was so,so but the manicure was the worth I've ever had
I will not recommend any of my family and if they go not to get the tech Nancy she did not do a good job.
Tip after the service is done not before
If you like you tip if not don't tip.

I usually don’t write reviews but I called on Tuesday to make an appointment for Thursday at 545 because I work. I told the guy exactly what I wanted and he said ok sounds good. Then I get there and I show them what I want and the keep questioning me and asking me why I made an appointment so late. If they knew they were going to take a long time they should have never said yes to begin with. The whole time she was doing my manicure the owner kept coming over and putting on her glasses to check the progress and kept cleaning around us and kept huffing and puffing. She made me so uncomfortable so I decided to not have them do my pedicure to be nice. Then it came time to do the painting on my nails and I could tell she was rushing so I didn’t want her to rush on my design and make it look terrible so I told her to not worry about it and just do French tips to make it easier for them so she doesn’t rush. Still looked bad…then comes time to checkout and the owner goes we don’t accept tips by card implying that I needed to tip and slipped me the ladies phone number and then said we can do your pedicure tomorrow. Absolutely not. And I was not going to tip after the anxiety they made me feel. I felt like I was about to cry with how they were rushing me and making me feel bad. It’s not like I walked in last minute… I made an appointment!!!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Over the past 10 years of getting my nails done religiously I've never had an experience like this. I came in asking for a French manicure (dip powder) I even showed a picture of what i wanted just so there was no confusion. Instead of the dip powder the lady decided to give me basic nail polish which is not what I asked for and even did a HORRIBLE job doing so. They also requested me to pay BEFORE getting my nails done which was odd to me. If you are ok with less than basic service, with basic nail polish you can get from Walmart, come to this place. Otherwise I suggest to stay clear of this place, I am not sure how they have 4 stars. I stumble upon this place because my normal nail lady wasn't available. I even tipped after the horrible service was completed to be nice but I will never come here again. A waste of money and time.

The friendliest staff ever. Nancy did my full set acrylic.She did the best job. She paid attention to what I asked for. VERY HAPPY. Will be using this salon from now on. Oh and my wife got a pedicure and was very happy as well

Absolute worst and a complete rip off. Since when is applying lotion upon finishing a manicure considered an upcharge "massage?" The girl who did the manicure was horrible. Literally took maybe 8 minutes to finish. She more attentive to her phone charging.

Every ladies need to run to glamorous nail spa and ask for LIZ if you want fabulous eye lash lifts, nails, and great customer service LIZ is your girl to make you look & feel refresh & beautiful with her brow lamination and facial treatments. Because I know I did!

Horrible experience nail tech Nancy did not know names of shape or how to shape.. all my nails came out a different shape; nails are really bumpy, way too much polish..She was in a rush, she got up as soon as she was done . I had to ask for oil.. called to get it fixed and was told why I didn’t tell her the day of as if she didn’t jump up and say “I’m going to eat I’m hungry” they did offer for me to go and they fix it IF it’s her fault (how could it not be?!) don’t like the vibe so I’ll spend the extra money to get this mess off elsewhere. Only giving 2* cause they gave me a rose for Mother’s Day and were nice when I came in. These pics are of 3 day old nails btw….ppl are calling me fat nails… this looks like dollar tree children press ons…Services: Acrylic nails

I stumbled upon this hidden gem and I am so glad that I did! It’s extremely hard to find a place that has excellent customer service while also providing great services! Let me tell you, this place checks off all the boxes! My husband and I walked in and both were accommodated immediately. Everyone and I mean everyone we encountered were super friendly! My nail tech took her time and paid attention to detail. I can’t stress enough how much time was spent making sure everything was perfect. Super happy with all services and will most definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!Services: Dip powder

While on vacation needed to get pedí was greeted by very friendly staff Anna who did my pedí was very detailed took a lot of time very specific care with me.... if I'm in the area will come here again
