Phone number for customer service is not helpful at all. Told us that they could do game console repairs but when we showed up with our console they turned us away because it's not under a protection plan. That would have been helpful information.

I have found the sales people to be very nice. I joined the service contract. I have already used them 3 times. It's great.

Thankyou to the wonderful technician John Paul who came to my house to fix my computer. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about him. Thank you again I wish there were more stars.
