I'm really upset with GameStop for not honoring the warranty on my gaming console. Despite having all the necessary documents, their staff refused to provide any assistance or a valid explanation. This experience has completely diminished my trust in their services and promises. Beware if you're relying on their warranties!

Waited 20 minutes with my son … planned to spend lots of $$ for his birthday and all he wanted was Pokémon stuff. Guy working in the store was on the phone the entire time so we just left. Managed to find a card trading shop which he seemed to like way better anyway. This place needs to be restaffed imo.

I brought a controller in October and was tricked into buying a Warrenty the employee stated despite whatever controller I have I can bring it and exchange it as defective walked and tried to do the exact same thing that was told to me in October and the exact opposite happened this GameStop is very untrustworthy

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at GameStop. I had purchased a gaming console with an extended warranty, believing that this would safeguard my investment. However, when the console began malfunctioning, I encountered nothing but obstacles.Despite having a clear warranty, the staff at GameStop were unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to honor the warranty, providing vague and unconvincing reasons for their inability to assist. This blatant disregard for customer service and failure to uphold their warranty agreement is unacceptable.The lack of professionalism and responsibility at this GameStop location has completely eroded my trust in their brand. Customers should be able to rely on the promises made at the time of purchase, especially regarding warranties. Sadly, this was not the case for me, and I am left with a defective product and a sense of betrayal by a company I once trusted.I strongly advise others to consider this experience before making purchases at GameStop, especially when it comes to warranty-dependent items. Their failure to provide basic customer support and honor their commitments is a serious concern that potential customers should be aware of.

Really awful experience in that store. Firts, bad customer service care. Second, every time that I needed their help, they gave me a customer service number. Finally, Their policy is really fraud, I bought a dual sense controller with a full warranty, and they gave me a dirty used controller.This is a shame.

I called and bought a new control with the warranty and they don't want to give me a new control. It's at the Wellington offices and the manager is Justin. I paid for a new one, that's what the warranty is for.

Caught off guard today when my son came to get his mom in Bath and Body Works as the video game he was buying needed an adult. My HS son looks older, and taller then his older brother. He is honest so when they asked his age he told them truthfully. Kudos ! I found his perplexed look on his face to be good. I was more than happy to walk down stairs as his parent and approve the game. These days this little extra care is greatly appreciated. Soon my son with head off on his own, but dad will never mind being included in what he is purchasing and playing. Being aware is my ultimate responsibility as their parent. The adage it's takes a village to raise a child is working here and I appreciated the extra care and concern. Good work GameStop in Wellington Mall.

Sign says that it opens at 10:00 , I waited for 20 min and they didn't open. Didn't answer phone calls also. Too bad. Lost my business. I will go shop somewhere else.

Inventory was a very low when I was there. They didn't have much of what I was looking for, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped locate the products at surrounding gamestops and provided me with the adress and contact #.

I give it a four star because you can never find a PS5 and no one ever give you the right time that they will have one in stock but the cashier was able to help me find a Nintendo switch for my son at a different store so I give it a four or five
