This whole week I’ve been stressed out about what I was going to wear on Mother’s Day, so I went to a whole bunch of different stores and no luck. So just before I was going to give up, I decided to walk into Francesca’s, honestly best decision I made yesterday !!
All the ladies that work there are amazing and so accommodating and the clothes and dresses were absolutely beautiful, I loved it, thank you ladies ?

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Skylar! I was shopping for my 21st birthday and had absolutely no idea what I was going to get but once I gave Skylar the idea I had in mind, she put together the best birthday outfit I could ever imagine so a big thank you to her!!!

This is based on my experience. The guy in the store was being so loud with his coworkers, I do not need to hear about who you prefer to work with, how much does an assistant make or the hours required to be one. He was more focused on talking to his coworkers than helping customers, it was annoying that you can hear him cross any part of the store because of how loud he is. Customers do not need to know your coworkers preference and salary. Try focusing more on the store instead.

This is by far my favorite Francesca’s! Allan is always so incredibly helpful and goes the extra mile. He’s so cheery and makes the shopping experience enjoyable. He was even able to help my well meaning clueless bf pick out some Christmas gifts for me. I honestly always gravitate here.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The clothes are trendy and they usually have some type of sale. Their novelty items are always my favorite to look at. You can buy just about anything here. Earrings, a journal or a mug with a funny saying.

The employee's were very friendly and helpful. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door and was told about the sales. The atmosphere was fun and cheerful. I will definitely shop there again.
