I went to go get fitted for some running shoes since i’ll be running my first race soon. I was met with an advisor, i forget her name, but she has red hair and wears glasses. The store is completely empty outside of myself and one other customer the entire time. I try to start a convo with her and tell her that I used to work there years ago. She maps out my feet and gets a second opinion from her DM. As I’m asking questions, she says “i thought you used to work here.” The DM tells her to put me on the treadmill so I can see how my feet land when I run. The DM leaves, she proceeds to skip the treadmill and bring out shoes. After trying on the shoes, I ask her can I map my feet out again, she says “did you not get the email?” Clearly annoyed by me wanting to map out my feet again as if she needs to do anything other than touching a screen…… Once I get done with that I ask her “when will a manger be here?” she says “I’m not sure I don’t check other people schedule.” As many slick things she said, I stayed calm with her and asked for a manager. Gabby comes out to assist, but at this point WHY ON EARTH would I buy anything from the red headed girl????? Ruined experience and I wouldn’t even recommend working with her. She doesn’t know what she’s doing after a year of working there. Thanks for nothing girl lol. I would’ve rather had LeAnn (district manager) help me because she was knowledgeable, and she’s the one that told the red head advisor what to do and she still didn’t follow her recommendations…. Have a better day tomorrow or something.

Came in about a week and a half ago, taller gentleman wearing a teal Hoka hat helped me out. Very professional and knew what he was talking about. Quick and efficient with receiving the shoes from the back as well. Mentioned that he'd been running for a while and will be competing at the college level. Good attitude all around. Impressed by his professionalism at that young of an age. Highly recommend this store.

I had a great experience with Christine who walked me through both shoe and orthotic options and helped me find the perfect shoe for me! I'm not a runner I just need a good pair of walking shoes and she was so knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 recommend!

Ordered shoes 2 weeks ago. Never received a confirmation email or tracking number or anything. Went back into the store a week ago to check on the status. Girl was acknowledging that there’s problems with the shipping department. She went to the back to find out and comes back telling me the item has been shipped 18 hours (?!?) ago… she still couldn’t give me tracking information. Just called the 800 number and was told the item never shipped! But he has it in stock and could ship it right away. I told him to cancel the order because I was lied to in store and wasted my time going there. Very disappointed in the customer service and the store staff.

I walked into the store shop with the intentions of shopping the manger najach was extremely rude there was no acknowledgment at all her attitude was disrespectful and disgusting and she should not be a manager !!! My experience was horrible

I recently had a partial amputation of my right foot, and nervously went to the Wellington Fit2Run store. An employee by the name of Bruno alleviated my fears , and was a big help. Thank you so very much. I will be back.

Walk in store employee behind counter on cell phone, two with customer one setting merchandise. Finally guy behind counter on cell phone acknowledging us, gets us shoes one pair is wrong size but guy disappears. I ask about another employee to find him she comes back and says she cannot find him. Another 10 min he appears ask if we need help we say yes been waiting in you, he responds could have asked other employees mind you they are with customer’s.
We buy all out athletic shoes here. Got to do better.
A girl did acknowledge us and said she was manager but did not seem interested in really correcting the guy.
Every time he brought us shoes he walked away.

Absolute horrible customer service. Came in with two people getting checked out with two customer service reps. I was the only one in there at that point she said she’d be right with me 20 minutes later I patiently waited. And when she was done because they had a problem checking someone else out she completely ignored me and she looked at me and help someone else that just walked in. As I looked at them and said I’ve been waiting nearly half hour now she basically gave me an attitude. I was ready to buy three pairs of gym shoes. I ask for the manager, and they completely ignored me. Now I understand why the reviews are so low.

My mom and I visited Fit2Run with the sole purpose of getting comfortable sneakers for walking. I wanted oncloud sneakers and was pretty set in my ways. Upon entering the store we were greeted even though everyone had a customer. The GM came over to help us (I found out later she was the GM) and she asked me to be open to other sneakers besides oncloud. She then passed us to Perry, who was phenomenal! My mom is a hard sell and she left with a pair of Brooke's and inserts - actually we both did. No oncloud for me! Perry was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly cared about our comfort versus selling us a more expensive sneaker. We also joined the club and saved on our purchase. Thanks for a great experience!

Third or possibly 4th time in a row I’ve gone and they didn’t have my preferred choice in my size. Today it was my top 2 choices. I have average sized feet and apparently choose popular styles. So why wouldn’t they have popular shoes in common sizes in stock?I suppose they’ve done me a favor as I know my size and the manufacturers have far more choices on their websites. Bonus: I can avoid a trip to the mall!

Gabe was super helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me to get me the right shoe for my running needs. Ended up going for the brooks glycerin 20 gts because of his knowledge he explained that gts over the original glycerin has a guide rail that would help give me more support to help with shin splint pain I have when running. If you go here make sure Gabe helps you because his knowledge and and friendly customer service is unparalleled
