Finish line is awful. I, for the second time, am just trying to get shoes for my grandson and this time, I got a phone notification telling me I received the shoes and I was getting them shipped. I told my grandson and he was ELATED. I waited about a week and got a notification telling me my order has been cancelled and I'll be refunded my money. I called my grandson letting him know because I felt horrible that I missed another pair of shoes he'd been wanting. He explained there are robots that people pay for to get many pairs and I think that is ridiculous! They just resell them for a lot more money. It's a shame. I wanted one pair that I was told would arrive and I paid for them. This is the second terrible limited shoe getting experience I've had from finish line. I called their customer service and guess what they did for me? Apologize! Isn't that wonderful? I called customer service to receive some half-hearted "apology." I'm disgusted with the way they do business and I'm done trying. Give your business somewhere honest because this establishment is not it whatsoever. I will not be back, I will repeatedly deter people from this business. Awful customer service, almost the worst I've EVER experienced in 67 years of my life. I HATE FINISH LINE! Their prices aren't worth it either, take your business ANYWHERE else.

If you are Christmas shopping avoid. they not only make you wait at the front door for over 30 mins just to get in the door and then you have to wait at the register while the one register person is doing floor work. 3 guards tho. Terrible experience

I have always bought my sneakers at your store, but now I am very disappointed.I was crazy about white sneakers, I looked at all brands and finally decide on the Nikes. I bought them and was very happy, I wore them 4 o 5 times max and the color of the material changed color. it turned yellow. So no more beautiful white sneakers.I went today to the store and I asked for the manager and explained to her the situation. she said it turned that color because I did not wash them with a cleaner that you sell and apply it before wearing them. I told her no one ever mentioned about the cleaning products when I bought the sneakers.Also the manager was very rude. customer service was terrible where you would expect a friendly happy employee to assist you with your problem.I would appreciate it if you would take my sneakers back for store credit so I can buy another pair. I was very unhappy with the sneakers as well as the customer service.Best regardsDenise Toro

I bought a pair of Nike sneakers from this store a few weeks ago for my 10 yr old. He put them on the first day of school and they were too small. I took them to the store with my receipt and was told by the manager no box, no return, no exceptions! Well I won’t ever buy from them again. $90 sneakers that we can’t wear! Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!

This is the worse finish line I have ever been to. We were told to wait until 5 pm for a sneaker that was just released. The UNC 1's. We were in front of the establishment for 40 minutes waiting. Prior to us standing there we were told that they had 3 more pairs of size 10 Jordan's. We eagerly waited in line of two people (watched no one walk out the establishment with a pair mine you). When it was time to go in, an aggressive and racist manager came out and told us the biggest size they have is 9 1/2! Size 10 is a popular size and a great resell shoe/size. I asked him what happened to the three pairs you had 40 minutes ago and proceeded to tell me how a raffle works. I told him I know and he proceeded to become irate with me. Told me it's his "last day" and doesn't give a f*** and will take the sneakers out of my hand. As he walked away I heard him mumble a racist profanity under his breath. Whether it's his last day or not, I encourage no one to go here if staff is approving this behavior.

One of the best sneaker stores in south Florida. I’ve been there many times and will continue to go back to buy more. Mike really runs this store well and makes sure you have a great buying experience. Looking forward to the next time! Thank you

If I could leave a 0, I would. I visited the store because of 5 star reviews and reviews on ortho assistance. I walked in, three employees, maybe one or two other customers. I deliberately walked around and in front of the customer service counter three times. The whole time I was in there, I didn’t even get as much as a “Good morning.” I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Store manager Mike back doors pairs of shoes especially dunks. Trades them for favors in the mall and clothes. Don’t bother entering anything here at this store.

Man where do I start ? Let’s start by Mike (the store manager) Bloom and Carlos R. who is (I think the assistant manager) are by far the best to deal with when it comes to customer service ! My father in law who is not a regular shoe buyer walks in to a warm greeting to buy the Georgetown 6’s and it was a smooth transaction . With me , Mike and Carlos and the rest of the staff members treat me like family . I come somewhat regularly with my dreads pinned up waiting in line to buy my shoes and I never have a problem from this store at all ! Highly recommend people go to this store but then again I like it how it is . Steady easy traffic means I’ll be able to walk in and grab my personal pair of shoes and walk out . Appreciate you guys for real if you are reading this . People like me just like to buy me and my wifey shoes without the hassle . So shoutout to Mike and Carlos . Keep up the great work ✊?
