Stopped in while on vacation and they had exactly what I needed!! They were very helpful and knowledgeable about their cigars! I bought some of their Cuban Crafters cigars and had to come back a couple of days later to grab some more. They were very good and smooth. Will come back again!!

Ultimate selection along with absolutely the best prices in town. They have great customer service and bar none they go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. And they don't hassle you to buy something you're not interested in. This is a five-star cigar emporium.

Horrible. Wont be back. Was good at one time. Rude staff. When it first opened it was great. Also have a time limit on how long you can smoke in the lounge. Many lounges close by that are better. It is a shame. For many years it was a great shop. I probably spent several thousand dollars there. Many of the reviews on here are based on the previous owners.

My wife recently visited Cuban Crafters & had a great experience. She purchased me my hand made Christmas gift Dominoe table & the staff was nice enough to load it in our sports coupe & recommended a Gurkha Sampler pack which I am smoking right now which is Deeeeeeliscious. Staff was not only quick but super friendly. My wife told me that she felt that the staff was professional & very curtious to her.

I usually get my cigars from total wine but their humidor has been down a few weeks now. Was looking for a special occasion cigar(brothers birthday) and this place was down the road. They closed at 9pm so I had 10 minutes to get there. Showed up at 8:57 and the door was locked. 2 associates looked back and gave me the closed sign with hand gestures. I pointed at my watch as to say “it’s 8:57”! They proceded to show me money they were counting from the register. I pulled out my debit card and said “I can pay with my card”. They just turned there back on me and ignored me. What kind of establishment turns there back on a customer and business. I can care less about there 4.9 review rating, they turned there back on me which I take as an insult. It was a Saturday night and they definitely killed my vibe. Owner of the store, I’d recommend you check you closing log or cameras so you can see my story coincides with my review. 11/13/2021
