Recently I had throat surgery so I had lost 30 pounds and I was unsure of what my size was and my style at this point. The moment I walked in Jeremiah was so helpful and so caring when it came to finding me a size and style that fit my personality to the tee. I have never been so helped in the retail department in my life he was so caring so helpful and super sweet when it came to finding me styles because I was unsure so when I told him go with your guy and what you think with the best for me he bought me stuff that I thought was perfect and I couldn’t ask for a better sales rep than Jeremiah !! If you go to PacSun please ask for Jeremiah he is the absolute best!!!”

“I had such a great experience with KATIE at the Abercrombie & Fitch Wellington store! She was incredibly professional and personable over the phone. She didn’t rush me at all and took the time to patiently look up whether specific items were in stock. KATIE also went above and beyond by explaining the restocking process and even suggested other styles that might work for me. If Abercrombie could just copy and paste Katie’s customer service approach across all their stores, the brand would be absolutely unbeatable. She’s a true asset to the team!”
“I came into Express to make a return and after receiving my return receipts, I had noticed the amount going back onto my card was not the original amount I had paid. Joshua was a huge help by offering to look into it further, even contacting Customer Support and staying on the phone for nearly 30 minutes until it was corrected. Thank you again Joshua!”
“I've been here before, but not for a while. Even so, I was surprised not to see a previous review by me for this store. I'm an Old Navy Shopper. I like the brand and have found many useful items at their stores in the past -- plus some very good Christmas gifts. And they've had some fun shirts for my husband. I wanted to come here to see what was new in stock. Even though they are a chain, there is sometimes a slight difference in what items each store carries. I really enjoyed this particular store. Everything was clearly marked, stacked very neatly, with lots of inventory, and easy to find. While browsing, I saw quite a few items that I liked. And I even brought a number of items into the dressing room to try on. My husband found a couple shirts on sale that were a bargain (really! one was $1.99.). So, adding in some things that fit me and that I knew I would get a lot of use out of, and were reasonably priced (they had many items at 30 to 40 percent off), I couldn't resist bringing them home. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that when I went to the check out that I had a few dollars in loyalty credits, so my purchase was even less expensive than I'd expected. Now that I have been here again, I shall be coming back more often.”
“Very friendly staff will help you find your size help you find the clothes you want and bring you clothing into the dressing room. The staff knows where everything is. The staff is not talking on their phone, looking at their phone, hiding in the back, or chatting with their friends. They will check you out quickly and efficiently. They will even hold your bags for you while you go out to the mall and shop for more items. It is the shopping experience you expect but unfortunately do not get elsewhere.”

Even though it was during the high volume shopping period of the holiday season, they confirmed my order immediately and sent it out within a couple of days.
