I love my new mattress and I want to give it 5 stars for the sales associate that helped me to choose it. Her name is Bo, at the time she was at the Palm Beach Lake Blvd store. She was patient, knowledgeable, polite and I felt comfortable with her because she was a woman. I could laid on many beds to try it out and Bo was there with her good will and friendly face. ?

Clean, nice store and the salesperson Joe was really great. Usually sales people annoy me with how overbearing/pushy they are but he wasn’t like that and it definitely contributed to me actually buying a mattress. And very knowledgeable of the differences btwn brands I was considering. Thank you!

I purchased my mattress here and have been working directly with Josh the store manager. He has been fantastic to make sure that I am satisfied. Taking the time to answer any questions I have and really working with me above and beyond to get me into the right mattress. He is honest and extremely knowledgeable & not pushy at all. I’m in the process of doing an exchange and he has gone above and beyond to make sure that I’m a satisfied customer. I would recommend working with him 100%.

My husband and I went in to City Mattress on Monday. We had the pleasure of working with Joseph Rossi. He is extremely knowledgeable on all mattresses and very professional. Gave us detailed explanations and led us to pick the best mattress for my husband’s back problems. We were able to get the mattress delivered the very next day with 0 issues. I would 100% purchase anything through this location and Joseph Rossi.

I went to city furniture, el dorado, rooms to go and mattress firm. Joe was the first person that actually cares to look up older models of expensive mattresses for me, everyone else just wanted to sell me the most expensive. Joe is a great guy and won’t try to screw you over, at least he didn’t do that to me

We went to several mattress stores, each had their own unique pros and cons. City Mattress by far checked all the boxes for us. Jessica went above and beyond to help us get our dream mattress. No pressure, just good quality costumer service. We left her store to continue to shop around but in the end City Mattress had the best beds and costumer service!

I was specifically in the market for a Luonto couch sleeper. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Joseph Rossi!
He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions right away and was wonderful!
My wife and I stepped out for a bit and came back to meet Kris Johnson. Kris was able to assist us as well and answer a few questions while Joseph was pre-occupied with another customer.
In the end, Joseph helped us out quickly and efficiently and had my delivery planned for a few days later.
I love the furniture I bought and was very satisfied with the buying experience!

We had a wonderful buying experience at this store. purchased a set of twinxl adjustable bed frames and a new mattress, and a mattress pad from the salesman named Kris. He was extremely knowledgeable, very honest, and helpful. After discussing our needs, he directed us to slightly cheaper options for both the frames and mattresses than we first considered. He saved us some money and we are super pleased with our purchase. Also, the delivery and installation went fairly well. However, we did notice after the installers left that our headboard was mounted slightly off center. and the front gap between the headboard and mattress was a little bigger than necessary. Kris immediately contacted their service department and Delvin came out in a couple of days and he fixed it quickly and competently. He even brought us in to the bedroom recheck it before he tightened everything. It was perfect and everything is great with the bed

We purchase all of our mattresses at City Mattress. They are far beyond the best place to shop for mattresses and bedroom furniture. Our salesperson, Josh is extremely patient, informative, caring and not pushy at all. After listening to our needs, Josh had us try a few mattresses that he felt would work for us. We picked the one that worked for us in regards to comfort as well as our budget. I will continue to recommend City Mattress and Josh Simmons to all of my friends and family.
