After 38 years with Cindy and her family and never having a claim on my home, card and other items. The first claim I filed with them turned out to be a disaster. I was told I was covered by the office so I paid out of pocket just to move forward. Now they act like it’s 100% my problem. Can’t tell you how disappointed I am with this treatment.Paul D.

10/10 recommend cindy Papandreas State Farm office! I switched recently due to an increase of my car insurance and Nicole was AMAZING! Her insightful explanations, fast quoting, and just really her overall work ethic is what makes me so happy about choosing State Farm! Not just for the cheaper car insurance! Great customer service! We have our Home, Autos (commercial and personal use ) and RV all with this State Farm agency. They typically have several policy options to choose from and go over the specific differences with me. They are very competitive with their pricing and we are very pleased with the customer service we get with Madeline.
