Sales experience (Charlie & later Alan) was very good. They were flexible and it was evident they have a “customer first “ mentality.
The installation team headed by Lopez and Carlos was nothing short of A++. They showed up when they said they would, worked diligently with minimal if any breaks, 10 hours day 1 and 9 hours day 2. It was a well executed installation with team members working in different parts of my home. They were constantly cleaning up and moving trash out of the work area. When I asked questions, they always made time to talk to me.
In all the years I have owned homes this team ranks #1 from a person who rarely gives an A when assessing a team. I highly recommend Capital Tile and Carpet along with their amazing installation team!

I went to Wellington store and Allen who is STORE MANAGER did not say any greetings when we got into the store but said to his college "hey Chinese customers here". I can't believe how this kind of person could become a store manager. I don't go back to this store!

I met Charlie and he was very welcoming and helpful. He let me take a sample board home to confirm the color l like and l’ll be ordering over 500 sq.ft of carpet from him very soon. This is an honest, no hidden agenda, professional business! (photos to come)

My experience was awesome from start to finish. Claudia was very helpful and professional. David came to do the measurements and he was a pleasure to work with. The installer was very careful, professional and did a good job explaining as he went. I have used Capital Carpet and Tile since they had the store on Military Trail. I feel I can trust them and they sell good products.

Working with Capitol Carpet & Tile was a joy from start to finish. Carl on the sales team made our selection and ordering easy. The price was less expensive than we had anticipated. The installation team led by Patrick was unbelievably efficient and friendly. They explained every step along the way and cleaned up as they went. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Had luxury vinyl installed & it came out beautiful. Capital was very professional, timely & worked so hard on our floor. Our old floor was very hard to remove & they knew just what to do. Our salesperson was Charlie. He was very knowledgeable & personable. Really enjoyed working with him. We would definitely recommend this business.
