Just the other day they did a major service on daughter’s car and we are thrilled at the job they performed, including delivering the car at no charge when finished. (Now going on 33 years of service to our family)

This is by far the best auto service anywhere. I had a problem with my Mercedes that took them a week to find a small wire. Then a clamp wasn’t working. If I went to MB dealer they would have to replace full wire harness that cost$$$$$. Mike and his team found the way to fix it for a fraction of the cost. Anyone else would give up. I definitely recommend this shop if you want an honest mechanic.

Fantastic experience. They were honest, fair in price, and the service of picking up and delivering your vehicle "complimentary" is the game changer for me. Made our lives without one of our vehicles much easier to navigate. Highly recommended!

I've been taking my vehicles to Bill Tyson's for several years now. They are always honest, straight forward, knowledgeable and fair priced. Mike at the Wellington location is a great guy and asset to the shop. I'm in the car business and work with service departments across the country, so I know a good service facility when I see one. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, affordable service.

I had an issue with my battery and alternator. Not only did I get a courtesy pick up of my vehicle, but I was kept informed every step of the way. The work was fair priced, timely done, and my car has never run better.

Mike Noon at the Wellington location has gone out of his way time and time again to keep us updated on the progress of our service and repair needs, and he is such an amiable gentleman. Excellent and honest service! Mike worked really hard to figure out the issue with my van’s A/C and kept it an extra day just to make sure he had checked everything out. (Which was perfectly fine by me). The dealership told me I had 3 different leaks, Mike confirmed there were no leaks. I will definitely be going back when I, my husband or my son need service on our cars from now on.

Excellent service and professionalism. My vehicle was picked up within couple of hours of scheduling the service. Mike called and explained the issues along with estimates and delivered the vehicle on time. The charges were reasonable. Highly recommend them for service needs.

Honestly, aside from the actual car service, they were very kind helping me through an extremely difficult driving situation. This is the only place I will bring my 18 year old Ranger (40k miles!)
EDiT: So I want to add to my review now that my truck is 21 years old. I only bring my vehicle to the shop when I'm in a very bad situation that I either can't or don't want to handle myself. Always pay out of my pocket and insurance doesn't need to know anything. The fact that they're even willing to work on my vehicle as well as other vehicles I've brought to them is it true testament to them being professionals. If you look at me I'm literally subject a of whatever nationality you don't like, so the review that says don't come here if you're Hispanic they won't serve you, that's absurd. If anyone was going to be discriminated against it was going to be me, and they just don't like it when I call because they know I'm going to give them some huge problem that I don't want to tackle myself.
With that said, I do know I bring them bad situations. There have been times where I've gotten my vehicle back and the problem wasn't fully solved or another issue came up related. The only thing I have to say is that they went above and beyond to pick up the vehicle from my house and offer to deliver it at no charge to make it right.
If you pay for a repair and you find that they didn't do 100% of the job, they'll be more eager than you to get the vehicle backs and fix it and get you back on the road and where you should be. They are rather expensive compared to the overall industry, but at the end of the day they've never left me hanging. I never left me with a problem that I came in with.
In summary, if you want results and money is a close second in priority then this is the place to go. Maybe you could get cheaper work, but you will not get better work anywhere else I promise.

Mike has always been very fair and frank, with pricing that's reasonable. They also stand by their work 100%, which means a lot.

My Tesla A/C died (I thought) brought it to Tesla they said we have to replace the system price $5,100. I called around for mechanics who service "Tesla". After several calls I spoke with Mike (the manager) who indicated bring it in we will check it out. Lucky I did he discovered it was the blower motor not the system and did not even need a recharge. I am too busy no time to call around. Mike quoted $1,000 to fix A/C WOW. I decided these guys are good and did my brakes and several filter. Great experience. Thanks Mike !!!

First time and now will be a long time patron. Ricardo and Mike certainly did the concierge service on my Oldsmobile. Quality and honest maintenance service at a price that is truly fair. As a gear head myself I know what it takes to do a job the right way. Expectations exceeded, highly recommend.
