The customer service representative Ron was kind - clean and easy service of me getting my lens for a camera - staff here is excellent.
But I want to give a shoutout to Alan who is extremely hospitable and knowledgeable of the items in the store. Helped me make the biggest purchase of my life (Sony A7 IV) and I will forever be grateful for that. He is definitely management material and deserves a raise asap.

Took forever to get an associate to help me. When she did she made me feel like i was annoying her. The item i needed was no longer in stock. After i was told on the phone it was in stock.

I ordered a camera and two other items online, after waiting for it at the store for 2 hours and they gave me one of the items that’s when they told me the transaction did not go through and there’s nothing they can do. Manager did not seem to care enough to fix the problem…

I went in today to pickup a tv for father’s day for my dad and i did curbside pickup. The guy who brought it out i believe his name is Colby. I thought the tv would fit in my truck but it didnt and he was so nice and helpful and tied it down for me although he didn’t have too he did me a HUGE FAVOR!!!! I had no idea what i was doing lol.
10/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you colby! Keep up the good work!

I called to ask if they had any Sim Card Pins for your phone, the thing you use to open one up. They said they'd transfer me and it hung up. Online they don't have any ether. They can't help me.

Last Monday, May 27, I went to the Best Buy store located in Boyton, needing to buy a laptop. I didn’t because they sent me to another store located in Wellintong to pick up my laptop, since they no longer had it. I asked them if they were sure if they would have one there, and with the security they told me yes. When I arrived at the store located in Wellington, well, they didn't have any, poor coordination and customer service, wasting my time and making me angry. ( Boyton’s Store ). But already in the wellintong store I was assisted by the manager Andre... who provided me with excellent service, optimal attention from him and all the workers in this store. The manager Andre helped me and I left very pleased. A very professional manager, with extensive knowledge and focused on his work, very friendly and always willing to help. Thanks to him and his team. If you want to receive great customer service then head to this Wellington store, I recommend it 100%. Thank you !!

Had an awesome experience with Gio at the front door after he went above and beyond and helping me find the product I had gone to three Best Buy’s for. The first Best Buy I went to had the item in stock, but was not at all helpful and getting it from the back. They gave up after five minutes, even though the computer showed that it was in the warehouse. Gio was kind, super helpful, and saved me a ton of time. Thanks a bunch.
