I had my hair done twice by Genesis and each time I was happy. The 1st time, she colored my hair. The color was perfect just the way I like it. The next time my daughter and I both got hair cuts. Genesis is very nice and professional the entire time.

Hair type: I literally had the most difficult hair as I had red undertones. Yet my girl did a great job giving me the highlights I wanted

Lori did a great job cutting my hair so after a talk I trusted her to help me embrace my grey.
I left with three shades of orange patches, some brown chucks and some pure white.
I had never dyed my hair so did not realize the 1 1/2 hour of bleach would do what it would do to my hair. It destroyed my hair. I had to cut off 6 inches of straw. She knew what she did as she threw free conditioning in a bag.
I have no idea how many years it will take to get my healthy hair back.

I went there as a surprise from my husband for my bday. I have social anxiety so I was very nervous but from the second I walked in Debbie made me feel very comfortable. I was there using a Groupon so she was up front about what should be done with my hair and I didn't feel any pressure to do anything I didn't want to. I actually cried happy tears when I saw what she accomplished on my hair. I will Def be going back. Ty ladies for making my bday surprise better then I cld have asked. People please be aware of what is included in the Groupon certificate so you won't be upset or surprised if you have to pay for extra service. I did read the fine print so I had no issue knowing I needed to add some extra stuff to get the look that wld be the best. Again Debbie ty for making me feel beautiful

Took my wife there. It was a nice place with a friendly staff. They were able to get us an appointment right away. Can’t remember the person name who cut my wife’s hair but she was friendly and the place was nice and clean.

I'm so thankful to have found this Solon, Beauty on the Spot. Teresa did an amazing job on my wig. She was extremely sweet and listened to what I wanted to achieve. I finally feel like myself again. I've been going through chemo and wanted a wig that looks natural and looks like my hair that fell out. When I wanted to pay for the highlights, Teresa told be that there is no charge. I went in to get a haircut, Laurie took my appointment. She was nice and listened to what I wanted. However, I suggested a couple of things and based on the simple haircut she told me no. Since I didn’t wanted a blow out, she cut my hair then she washed it and left me back to her chair, still dripping. She did brush it to make sure it was straight and left. I had to dry my hair with the towel provided and squeezed the extra water. The haircut was $40. I understand people are busy and I had called the same day for the appointment but it wasn’t charity and hoped for better treatment.Thanks for replying to my review. By the way, Lori did offered the blow drier after I asked if I could since my hair was soaking wet. She also said I had to wait since she had another client, which I understood and didn’t mind. I decided to take the towel that was used when my hair was being washed and dried my hair the best I could. I also asked about removing some weight from the hair and she did explain that it will make it puffy, which I was confused since I had that offered before. I realized that May be only offered if you blow dry the hair. I just didn’t had the time for that. It doesn’t matter anymore. I wanted to share my experience since I didn’t feel the best afterwards.

I brought my mother here for her first hair cut and style she has had in a while. Dee did such a wonderful job with her. My mother is not easy to please and was very satisfied with her experience. Dee was very kind and helped my ambulatory challenged mother in and out of the chair and was very patient with her. This is a wonderful place to bring your elderly parent. They really care here. Thank you, Dee!

I went in for partial highlights and a cut after seeing on Groupon. Lori was very good and did a great job. She went over specifics and recommended a toner after to blend some old highlights that I had in there. My Hair looked smooth and healthy after. Highly recommend. Upbeat atmosphere!
